SMPS &#8211; <em>switched-mode power supply) <\/em>su ne\u0161to slo\u017eenije konstrukcije od klasi\u010dnih transformatorskih napajanja, a na blok shemi su prikazani osnovni sklopovi koje sadr\u017ei na\u0161e napajanje. U zadnje vrijeme (razvojem jeftinih elektroni\u010dkih komponenti) prekida\u010dka napajanja su postala vrlo popularna jer se za usporedbu s klasi\u010dnim ispravlja\u010dima sada uz puno manje transformatore i time puno manje ukupne gabarite, a isto tako i puno manju cijenu mo\u017ee izraditi napajanje ili ispravlja\u010d iste snage.<\/p>\n<p>Ono \u0161to \u0107emo na\u0107i kod svakog SMPS napajanja to su dobri ulazni filtri za potiskivanje mre\u017enog \u0161uma. Oni imaju dvojaku ulogu: s jedne strane \u0161tite komponente u primarnom dijelu prekida\u010dkog sklopa od mogu\u0107ih prenaponskih pikova koji dolaze sa mre\u017ee (obi\u010dno kao rezultat prekidanja induktivnih tro\u0161ila na mre\u017ei bez ugra\u0111enih filtera), a s druge strane slu\u017ee za potiskivanje \u0161uma koje sam prekida\u010dki sklop uzrokuje svojim radom, odnosno za sprje\u010davanje superponiranja frekvencija na kojima radi primarni prekida\u010dki sklop natrag u mre\u017enu liniju (obi\u010dno su to frekvencije u opsegu 3-300 kHz). SMPS mre\u017eni filtri gotovo uvijek sadr\u017ee strujno kompenziraju\u0107e zavojnice. To su dvije identi\u010dne zavojnice namotane na jezgru visoke permeabilnosti i izgledaju poput manjeg transformatora, a u kombinaciji s njima nalaze se i kondenzatori koji opet potiskuju \u0161um koji stvaraju kompenziraju\u0107e zavojnice ali i ukupni \u0161um u mre\u017enoj liniji. Stoga ako imate neko potpuno uni\u0161teno SMPS napajanje uvijek se iz njega mo\u017ee iskoristiti barem mre\u017eni filtar koji onda dobro do\u0111e za svaki ure\u0111aj koji radi na mre\u017eno napajanje.<\/p>\n<p>Nakom mre\u017enog filtra slijedi ispravlja\u010d napona koji je gotovo uvijek punovalni sa \u010detiri diode ili sa gotovom Graetzovim ispravlja\u010dom. Ispravljeni mre\u017eni napon dose\u017ee 320-340 V te slijedi filtarski kondenzator nazivnog napona barem 400 V i kapaciteta, ovisno o snazi napajanja, reda nekoliko desetaka do nekoliko stotina mikrofarada. Kod slabijih SMPS napajanja ispravljeni mre\u017eni napon se obi\u010dno sni\u017eava otporni\u010dkim djeliteljem napona tako da se u primarnom prekida\u010dkom krugu mogu koristiti jeftiniji elementi za ni\u017ee napone.<\/p>\n<p>Izvedbe ostalih sklopova impulsnog napajanja mogu biti vrlo razli\u010dite: negdje se koriste tranzistori (jedan ili vi\u0161e), a negdje specijalizirani integrirani krugovi. Za izolaciju upravlja\u010dkog PWM signala danas se rijetko koriste transformatori, zamijenili su ih optoparovi. Radi se o samo-uzbudnom sklopu. U trenutku kad se uklju\u010di napajanje, struja pote\u010de kroz bazu tranzistora te se isti otvori. Sada preko otvorenog tranzistora struja pote\u010de i kroz primarni namot, preko kojeg se zatim inducira napon i u baznom namotu. Napon induciran u baznom namotu raste s porastom kolektorske struje i za to vrijeme tranzistor postaje sve vi\u0161e otvoren. Proporcionalno tome kolektorski napon sve vi\u0161e raste, a napon na primarnom i baznom namotu pada \u0161to uzrokuje zatvaranje tranzistora. Kao posljedica toga, energija pohranjena u transformatoru prenosi se na sekundarni namot i dalje preko ispravlja\u010da i komponenata filtra na optere\u0107enje. Krug se zatim ponavlja, a frekvencija izmjena ovisi o ulaznom naponu i optere\u0107enju na sekundarnoj strani. Prema tvorni\u010dkim podacima na\u0161e napajanje NFS110-7912 na punom optere\u0107enju radi frekvencijom 20-70 kHz, a u praznom hodu od 100-250 kHz.<\/p>\n<p>Neka (novija) napajanja tako\u0111er imaju dodatni namot na primaru transformatora, no on slu\u017ei samo za osiguranje napona napajanja integriranog kruga ili drugog poluvodi\u010dkog sklopa zadu\u017eenog za generiranje PWM signala. Spomenuti PWM transformator ima tri namota: preko jednog se napaja Gate okida\u010dki tranzistora, a preko ostala dva se moduliraju PWM signali iz baznog namota i (izolirano) iz povratnog kruga izlaznog napona. Ovakvu izvedbu SMPS napajanja te\u0161ko da \u0107emo vi\u0161e na\u0107i u ure\u0111ajima mla\u0111ima od 15 godina.<\/p>\n<p>Ono \u0161to se odmah vidi to je pregoreni prekida\u010dki tranzistor IRF 840 (500V\/8A) u primarnom krugu napajanja transformatora impulsnim (PWM) naponom. Uzrok pregaranja ovog tranzistora mo\u017ee biti njegova dotrajalost, no mogu\u0107e i da su ga uni\u0161tili naponski \u0161iljci (pikovi) koji se neizbje\u017eno javljaju u prekida\u010dkim krugovima svih vrsta zavojnica kao \u0161to su one kod releja, elektromotora ili u na\u0161em slu\u010daju to je primarna zavojnica transformatora. Za filtriranje, odnosno ograni\u010denje amplitude tih prenaponskih \u0161iljaka u na\u0161em se slu\u010daju koristi brza lavinska dioda BYV 26C koja je spojena paralelno primarnoj zavojnici transformatora i ograni\u010dava napon na 600 V. Lavinske diode rade prakti\u010dno isto kao i Zener diode ali su dizajnirane za puno vi\u0161e probojne napone. Stoga smo prije zamjene tranzistora provjerili ispravnost ove diode i ujedno zamijenili sumnjivi RIFA PME261 47nF\/630V folijski impulsni kondenzator tako\u0111er u tom krugu. Ovdje treba napomenuti da i sam prekida\u010dki tranzistor IRF 840 ima u istom ku\u0107i\u0161tu paralelno svojim izvodima Drain i Source vezanu brzu za\u0161titnu prenaponsku lavinsku diodu (s probojnim naponom 500 V).<\/p>\n<p>Nakon zamjene ove dvije komponente napajanje i dalje nije radilo. Utvr\u0111eno je da ne radi PWM oscilator, odnosno Gate priklju\u010dnica MOSFET-a IRF 840 ne dobiva nikakav pobudni napon. Pra\u0107enjem ove linije uo\u010deno je da oscilatorski tranzistor nema napajanja. Napajanje je zapravo bilo kratko spojeno neispravnom probijenom diodom vezanom na priklju\u010dke Gate-Source tranzistora IRF 840. Oznake sa ove diode nisu bile \u010ditljive (elektri\u010dnu shemu tako\u0111er ne posjedujemo), no gotovo sigurno se radi o za\u0161titnoj Zener diodi, koja ograni\u010dava napon Gate-Source na neki napon izme\u0111u 4 i 20 V koliko je dozvoljeni prema specifikacijama tranzistora. S obzirom da se Gate tranzistora napaja preko posebnog namota na primarnoj strani transformatora i preko izolacijskog \/ PWM transformatora, time je i ovdje mogu\u0107a pojava naponskih \u0161iljaka koji mogu uni\u0161titi tranzistor. Mogu\u0107e da je ovdje ugra\u0111ena neka specijalna TVS dioda (engl. Transient Voltage Suppression diode) dizajnirana za prekida\u010dka napajanja, no jednako dobro \u0107e poslu\u017eiti bilo kakva Zener dioda za napone oko 10 V. Tako\u0111er je provjerom ostalih komponenti utvr\u0111eno da je jedan elektrolitski kondenzator 22\u00b5F\/35V potpuno u prekidu pa je i on zamijenjen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/sw_diascope_nt_3050_39.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[6972]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7011\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/sw_diascope_nt_3050_39.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"692\" height=\"338\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/sw_diascope_nt_3050_39.jpg 692w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/sw_diascope_nt_3050_39-300x147.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 692px) 100vw, 692px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>U na\u0161em slu\u010daju posljedi\u010dno su uni\u0161tene tri komponente, no zbog visokih napona i struja u SMPS napajanjima \u010desto mo\u017ee do\u0107i do lan\u010danog uni\u0161tenja ve\u0107eg broja komponenti. Svako napajanje mo\u017ee se svesti na istu blok shemu, no izvedbe mogu biti doista raznolike, i treba biti vrlo oprezan prilikom popravka istih jer su \u010desto potrebni zahvati (probe ili mjerenja) pod naponom koji je u \u010ditavom primarnom krugu opasan po \u017eivot. Tako\u0111er, osim isklju\u010denja mre\u017enog napona, svaki puta je potrebno obavezno isprazniti filtarske kondenzatore jer su isti velikog kapaciteta i visokog napona te mogu izazvati ozbiljan strujni udar prilikom slu\u010dajnog dodira. Oznake na elementima SMPS napajanja znaju biti prili\u010dno &#8220;egzoti\u010dne&#8221;, jednako kao i same komponente koje se koriste isklju\u010divo za SMPS napajanja, pa treba biti siguran prilikom popravka kako se ne bi desilo da napajanje, osim sebe, na kraju uni\u0161ti i elektroni\u010dki sklop koji napaja.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Procesorska plo\u010da sa memorijom i tla\u010dnim mjerenje temperature tijela<\/li>\n<li><strong>HF S\/min<\/strong> &#8211; mjerenje frekvencija rada srca (puls)<\/li>\n<li><strong>P\/min<\/strong> &#8211; mjerenje broja udisaja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>U Diascope NT Type 3050 ugra\u0111ena je punjiva baterija 12V\/2,5Ah, termalni pisa\u010d i memorija za spremanje izmjerenih podataka i eventualnih alarma kapaciteta 24 sata. Na bateriji (koja je davno izgubila funkciju) vide se tragovi taljenja te je mogu\u0107e su one bile uzrok pregaranja napajanja. U termalnom pisa\u010du zatekli smo termalnu traku, no \u010dini se da je pod utjecajem temperature iscurio termalni premaz kojom je natopljena traka i isti se razlio i slijepio po unutra\u0161njosti pisa\u010da. Kao \u0161to se vidi sa slika radi se o vrijednostima 2 mVpp \/ 2,4 Hz za EKG i 0,1 Vpp \/ 0,3 Hz za respirator. Za ovako slabe signale vrlo niskih frekvencija potrebno je imati zaista kvalitetan osciloskop i sonde da bi prikaz signala uop\u0107e bio mogu\u0107. Na \u017ealost, izlazni priklju\u010dak iz ovog Siemensovog generatora signala ne odgovara priklju\u010dcima na na\u0161em ure\u0111aju. S obzirom da imamo samo jednu kompletnu originalnu sondu, onu za mjerenje zasi\u0107enosti krvi kisikom, testirali smo na\u0161 ure\u0111aj na tom kanalu te se pokazalo da je isti
