Tri godine kasnije tvrtka je promijenila naziv u Teikoku Dempa Company, a 1970. godine u Clarion Company, te se specijalizirala za proizvodnju audio, ra\u010dunalnih i navigacijskih sustava za vozila. Tvrtka Clarion je danas multinacionalna kompanija i proizvo\u0111a\u010d originalne opreme za mnoge automobilske kompanije.<\/p>\n<p>Clarion Compo Car Stereo sustav sastoji se od \u0161est komponenti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>GT-501<\/strong> AM\/FM radio prijemnik<\/li>\n<li><strong>GD-501<\/strong> kazetofon<\/li>\n<li><strong>GE-501<\/strong> grafi\u010dki ekvilajzer<\/li>\n<li><strong>GC-501<\/strong> selekcijsko audio poja\u010dalo<\/li>\n<li><strong>GA-501<\/strong> izlazno audio poja\u010dalo (dva zasebna mono bloka)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>U osnovi se radi o mini-linijskom analognom stereo audio sustavu snage 2&#215;25 W koji sa svih svojih \u0161est komponenti zauzima \u0161irinu od 14 cm, visinu od 25 cm (5&#215;5 cm) i najve\u0107u dubinu od oko stereo ili mono prijema<\/li>\n<li>SELECT: FM\/AM &#8211; sklopka za odabir valnog podru\u010dja (FM 88-108 MHz ili AM 530-1605 kHz)<\/li>\n<li>AUTO TUN &#8211; tipkalo za automatsko tra\u017eenje radio postaja<\/li>\n<li>M-TUNING &#8211; gumb za ru\u010dno tra\u017eenje radio postaja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sa zadnje strane prijemnik ima tri \u017eice za spajanje napajanja i naponski izlaz za pogon antene s elektri\u010dnim podizanjem, antensku priklju\u010dnicu i dva DIN konektora na koje je paralelno doveden stereo audio izlaz.<\/p>\n<p><a radi na AM i FM podru\u010dju. Mali elektromotor okre\u0107e promjenjive kondenzatore tunera (bira\u010da stanica) s jedne na drugu stranu sve dok se ne nai\u0111e na signal radio postaje i tu se elektromotor zaustavlja. Na AM podru\u010dju oznaka AM i kazaljka skale osvijetljene su crvenom LED, a na FM podru\u010dju zelenom LED. LED skale pali se samo kad ima prijemnog signala.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u0107ina sklopova AM i stereo FM prijemnika sadr\u017eana je unutar \u010detiri integrirana kruga:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>AN 366P<\/strong> &#8211; lokalni oscilator, mje\u0161a\u010d, AGC i MF poja\u010dalo za AM, te MF poja\u010dala za FM<\/li>\n<li><strong>LA 3350<\/strong> &#8211; FM stereo dekoder<\/li>\n<li><strong>TA 7063P<\/strong> (x2) &#8211; audio pretpoja\u010dala za svaki stereo kanal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Radi se o jednostrukim superheterodinskim prijemnicima gdje za SV AM prijemnik MF iznosi 452,5 kHz, a za UKV FM prijemnik MF iznosi standardnih 10,7 MHz. Za kompletiranje AM\/FM prijemnika navedenim integriranim krugovima potrebno je dodati samo vanjske MF krugove (transformatore i filtre) za 452,5 kHz i 10,7 MHz, te promjenjivi ulazni filtar i lokalni oscilator za SV kao i tuner za UKV podru\u010dje.<\/p>\n<p>Zbog elektromehani\u010dke auto tuning funkcije prijemnik ima ne\u0161to slo\u017eeniji mehanizam kontrole prijemne frekvencije. Na zajedni\u010dku osovinu vezani su promjenjivi kondenzator UKV tunera i promjenjivi induktiviteti SV tunera kao elementi za namje\u0161tanje prijemne frekvencije. Na donjoj plo\u010dici su komponente AM\/FM prijemnika do demodulatora. FM demodulacija vr\u0161i se u LA 3350 stereo dekoderu na \u010diji ulaz se izravno dovodi MF signal na 10,7 MHz. Stereo dekoder LA 3350 radi na principu fazno kontroliranog oscilatora (PLL) kojemu VCO sinkronizira sa signalom od 19 kHz u okviru frekvencijskog opsega stereo signala. Da bi se ovo shvatilo potrebno se prvo podsjetiti kako se modulira (kodira) stereo signal.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/clarion_compo_car_stereo_gt501_14.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[7205]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7222\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/clarion_compo_car_stereo_gt501_14.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"871\" height=\"232\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sli\u010dno kao i kod prelaska sa emitiranja crno-bijele TV slike na sliku u boji, tako su i kod prelaska sa emitiranja mono audio signala na stereo signal postavljena dva osnovna uvjeta koja mora zadovoljiti novi signal: prvi je da novi stereo signal mora biti kompatibilan sa starim mono signalom (odnosno da mono prijemnici mogu primati stereo signal kao i obrnuto), a drugi uvjet je da \u0161irina kanala radiodifuznih FM oda\u0161ilja\u010da koja iznosi 300 kHz mora biti dovoljna i za stereo signal.<\/p>\n<p>Glavni kanal zauzima podru\u010dje 30 Hz &#8211; 15 kHz i sastoji se od zbroja signala lijevog i desnog kanala (L+D).\u00a0 Ovo je zapravo mono frekvencijski opseg i njime je zadovoljen uvjet kompatibilnosti, odnosno da i mono FM primjenici mogu reproducirati stereo radijsku emisiju (naravno uz mono reprodukciju).<\/p>\n<p>Za prijem stereo signala osim zbroja potrebno je prenositi i razliku lijevog i desnog kanala (L-D). Taj signal je potrebno transponirati u vi\u0161e podru\u010dje, a to se posti\u017ee tako da se signalom razlike kanala amplitudno modulira nose\u0107a frekvencija na 38 kHz sa potpunim potiskivanjem iste. Tako se dobivaju signali razlike (dva bo\u010dna pojasa) koji pokrivaju ukupni frekvencijski opseg 23-53 kHz.<\/p>\n<p>U stereo prijemniku je potrebno regenerirati potisnutu nose\u0107u frekvenciju na 38 kHz kako bi demodulacija bila mogu\u0107a. Stoga se stereo signalu za oda\u0161iljanje dodaje pilot ton frekvencija na 19 kHz. Ovim potiskivanjem nose\u0107e frekvencije na 38 kHz i zatim dodavanjem pilot frekvencije na 19 kHz posti\u017ee se bolji prijenos korisnog stereo signala. Pilot frekvencija od 19 kHz je odabrana zato jer drugi harmonik iste pada upravo na 38 kHz i on mora biti u fazi sa potisnutim nosiocem na 38 kHz. Na samu pilot frekvenciju otpada najvi\u0161e do 10% ukupne FM modulacije stereo signala, a ostala modulacija raspore\u0111uje se na signale zbroja i razlike ovisno o njihovim trenutnim vrijednostima.<\/p>\n<p>Za dekodiranje stereo signala u prijemniku (razdvajanje na lijevi i desni kanal) koristi se vi\u0161e postupaka (dekoder anvelope, matri\u010dni dekoder, dekoder sa sklopkom, PLL dekoder) koji se me\u0111usobno razlikuju po na\u010dinu dekodiranja no svi koriste pilot frekvenciju od 19 kHz (naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e udvostru\u010denu na originalnu nose\u0107u frekvenciju od 38 kHz) kako bi razdvojili prijenosne pojaseve zbroja i razlike dva stereo kanala.<\/p>\n<p>U na\u0161 prijemnik GT-501 ugra\u0111en je PLL demodulator\/dekoder LA 3350, a PLL tipove stereo dekodera mo\u017eemo op\u0107enito svrstati u bolja rje\u0161enja za dobivanje stereo signala. Zahvaljuju\u0107i integriranoj tehnici sve kompleksne sklopove ovog dekodera dobivamo u jednom \u010dipu, no to ne zna\u010di da se ne mo\u017eemo upoznati sa unutarnjom gra\u0111om i osnovnim principom rada ovakvog dekodera.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/clarion_compo_car_stereo_gt501_13.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[7205]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7221\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/clarion_compo_car_stereo_gt501_13.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1016\" height=\"489\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>VCO oscilira na 76 kHz, a dijeljenjem te frekvencije sa 2 dobivamo frekvenciju potisnutog vala nosioca od 38 kHz. Ovu frekvenciju ponovno dijelimo sa 2 i dobivamo i dobivamo signal frekvencije 19 kHz fazno zakrenut za 90\u00b0. Taj signal zatim se dovodi na detektor faze gdje se uspore\u0111uje sa frekvencijom pilot tona stereo signala od tako\u0111er 19 kHz. Izlazni signal iz detektora faze odgovara trenutnoj razlici faza ta dva signala od 19 kHz. Nakon filtriranja (pretvorba razlike faza u napon) taj izlazni signal dovodi se na upravlja\u010dki ulaz VCO-a kojemu se mijenja frekvencija dok se ne izjedna\u010de trenutne faze dva signala od 19 kHz dovedena na detektor faze. U trenutku kad se frekvencije izjedna\u010de i faze oba signala 19 kHz postanu jednake petlja je zaklju\u010dana (sinkronizirana) i analogno tome dobivena je sinkronizirana nose\u0107a frekvencija 38 kHz.<\/p>\n<p>Sinkronizirani signal dovodi se na mono\/stereo sklopku koja ga propu\u0161ta\u00a0 ukoliko postoji stereo pilot ton 19 kHz. Detekcija pilot tona vr\u0161i se u pilot detektoru kojemu se dovodi signal frekvencije 19 kHz koji je u fazi sa nose\u0107om frekvencijom i signal iz ulaznog poja\u010dala. Ako je pilot ton prisutan u ulaznom signalu i ako se fazno poklapa sa signalom frekvencije 19 kHz (dobivenog dijeljenjem frekvencije VCO-a) na izlazu iz pilot detektora pojavljuje se istosmjerni napon proporcionalan amplitudi pilot tona. S tim napon upravlja se Schmittovim okida\u010dem koji uklju\u010duje mono\/stereo sklopku, a ista proslje\u0111uje nose\u0107u frekvenciju do protufaznog detektora. Protufaznom detektoru se s druge strane dovode signali oba bo\u010dna pojasa koji su dobiveni amplitudnom modulacijom nose\u0107e frekvencije 38 kHz sa signalom razlike L-D i koji su sada izdvojeni pojasnim filtrom 23-53 kHz. Nakon detekcije, dobiveni signali L-D i D-L dovode se na matricu, zajedno sa signalom L+D koje je propustio niskopropusni filtar. S obzirom da takav mehanizam ima mogu\u0107nost vrtnje trake u jednu i drugu stranu, dodana je i funkcija automatske detekcije izvla\u010denja trake iz kazete uslijed neke mehani\u010dke gre\u0161ke u prijenosu trake. Ukoliko se detektira da se traka ne namata ispravno unutar kazete neko se izvla\u010di iz nje, mehanizam kazetofona \u0107e automatski zaustaviti taj smjer vrtnje i pokrenuti vrtnju na drugu stranu kako bi se izvu\u010dena traka ponovno namotala u kazetu. Na taj na\u010din je osigurana ispravna brzina vrtnje za sve kazete s obzirom na razliku optere\u0107enja koje iste pru\u017eaju pogonskom mehanizmu uslijed same konstrukcije (koli\u010dine trake), istro\u0161enosti i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p>Pogonska gumica se zbog starosti i izlo\u017eenosti pretvorila se u smjesu nalik na kaugumu i potpuno izgubila prvotnu funkciju. Gumeni dijelovi kod pogonskih mehanizama traka (magnetofona ili kazetofona) s vremenom propadnu bez obzira koliko se koriste ili ne koriste. Obi\u010dno se stvrdnu i popucaju ili razvuku i potpuno omek\u0161aju. Na na\u0161em mehanizmu zate\u010dena su oba stanja: pogonska gumica je omek\u0161ala, a tarne gumice na zama\u0161njacima su se stvrdnule i popucale. Osim toga, jedan kota\u010d zama\u0161njaka se te\u0161ko okre\u0107e \u0161to zna\u010di da se u le\u017eaju stvorio sloj stvrdnute ne\u010disto\u0107e. Sre\u0107a je to \u0161to se radi o relativno jednostavnom i robusno napravljenom mehanizmu koji \u0107e izdr\u017eati rastavljanja, \u010di\u0161\u0107enja i ponovna sastavljanja. No unato\u010d tome, radi se o poslu koji zahtjeva strpljivost, pedantnost, preciznost i osje\u0107aj za silu koju \u0107emo morati primijeniti na izvla\u010denje pokretnih dijelova iz le\u017eajeva i uklanjanje vijaka koji su se sasvim sigurno zapekli tijekom godina. Tako\u0111er, trebati \u0107e istra\u017eivati po internetu ne bi li prona\u0161li zamjenske gumene dijelove. Pogonsku gumicu \u0107emo lak\u0161e dobaviti, no za tarne gumene elemente za zama\u0161njake trebati \u0107e upotrijebiti malo ma\u0161te i kreacije. Treba je dobro razmisliti o mogu\u0107nostima nabavke materijala i dijelova prije kretanja u bilo kakvu restauraciju jer nam se vrlo lako mo\u017ee dogoditi da na stolu ostane mjesecima le\u017eati raskopan i poluzavr\u0161en elektroni\u010dki ure\u0111aj koji je onda kao takav dodatno podlo\u017ean novim o\u0161te\u0107enjima i gubitku dijelova.<\/p>\n<p><a tonskog zapisa kod reprodukcije sa kazetofonske trake je stalno izra\u017een karakteristi\u010dan \u0161um, naro\u010dito ako je zapis u stereo izvedbi i ako je ona tiha. Stoga su razvijeni razni sistemi potiskivanja \u0161uma koji unosi sama traka, a najpoznatiji su DNL (Dynamic Noise Limiter) koji je razvila tvrtka Philips, zatim japanski ANRS (Automatic Noise Reduction System), te engleski sistem Dolby koji je vrlo sli\u010dan ANRS-u. DNL na specifi\u010dan na\u010din uklanja \u0161um kod normalno snimljene kazete, dok ANRS i Dolby sistemi rade tako da se i snimanje i reprodukcija vr\u0161e uz upotrebu tih filtarskih sistema. Prilikom snimanja se potiskuju vi\u0161e frekvencije (u kojima je sadr\u017eana najve\u0107a koli\u010dina \u0161uma), a onda se pri reprodukciji vi\u0161e frekvencije ja\u010de poja\u010davaju nego ni\u017ee kako bi se ponovno dobila originalna frekvencijska slika zvuka. Da bi se postigao opisani efekt obi\u010dni filtri nisu pogodni jer se njima previ\u0161e prigu\u0161uju i korisne frekvencije ve\u0107 se koriste razna specijalna poja\u010dala, filtri, ispravlja\u010di i integratori, dakle vi\u0161e me\u0111usobno povezanih funkcijskih sklopova. Zbog slo\u017eenosti istih, razvijeni su posebni integrirani krugovi poput na\u0161eg HA 11226. Dolby filtar \u0107emo dakle uklju\u010diti na na\u0161em kazetofonu samo ako je i audio zapis snimljen tim sustavom, dok bi na obi\u010dnom zapisu Dolby filtar vrlo primjetno izobli\u010dio zvu\u010dnu sliku.<\/p>\n<p>Kada svemu ovome pribrojimo i kontrolu prilagodbe poja\u010dala vrsti magnetskog sloja na kazetofonskoj traci (FeO<sub>2<\/sub> ili CrO<sub>2<\/sub>) o\u010dito je da se sa kazetofonom GD-501 \u017eeljelo posti\u0107i \u0161to vjerniju i \u010di\u0161\u0107u (Hi-Fi) reprodukciju audio zapisa sa kazeta, odnosno svakako se ne radi se o nekom jeftinom auto-kazetofonu tipa oduvijek je bila komponenta oko koje su se lomila razli\u010dita mi\u0161ljenja me\u0111u audiofilima. Za mnoge je to bila nepotrebna i ne\u017eeljena komponenta u audio lancu koja unosi izobli\u010denja, \u0161um i iskrivljuje originalnu zvu\u010dnu sliku. Drugima je to bila komponenta kojom se zvuk mo\u017ee dotjerati u frekvencijski spektar koji je najbolje prilago\u0111en da bude ugodan uhu i ukusu svakog slu\u0161atelja individualno. Kako god bilo, razli\u010diti sklopovi (filtri) za korekciju frekvencijskog spektra audio podru\u010dja uvijek su bili i biti \u0107e nezaobilazne komponente kod svakog profesionalnog snimanja ili reprodukcije audio zapisa.<\/p>\n<p>Za sam izraz &#8220;grafi\u010dki ekvilajzer&#8221; te\u0161ko je na\u0107i hrvatski zamjenski izraz. Rije\u010d &#8220;grafi\u010dki&#8221; odnosi se na fizi\u010dke polo\u017eaje kapica potenciometra za pode\u0161avanje svakog frekvencijskog opsega, koji zajedno vizualno kreiraju grafi\u010dku sliku (krivulju) frekvencijskog spektra, ovisno o tome kako su pode\u0161eni. Stoga grafi\u010dki ekvilajzeri redovito imaju klizne potenciometre, a ne okretne, jer se sa okretnima ne bi dobio taj vizualni efekt. Mi smo poradi jednostavnosti diferencijalna poja\u010dala nacrtali kao operacijska poja\u010dala, no sasvim je svejedno da li se koristi integrirana ili diskretna tranzistorska izvedba diferencijalnog (operacijskog) poja\u010dala.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/clarion_compo_car_stereo_ge501_14.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[7205]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7254\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/clarion_compo_car_stereo_ge501_14.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"851\" height=\"629\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ako shemu prvo zamislimo bez RLC filtra vidimo da zapravo imamo spoj pet potenciometara koji rade kao promjenjivi djelitelji napona na ulazima diferencijalnog poja\u010dala i time zapravo reguliraju poja\u010danje poja\u010dala. \u0160to je kliza\u010d potenciometra bli\u017ei (-) ulazu poja\u010dala to \u0107e izlazno poja\u010danje signala biti ve\u0107e, i obrnuto, \u0161to je kliza\u010d bli\u017ei (+) ulaznom pinu poja\u010dala to \u0107e ulazni signal biti vi\u0161e prigu\u0161en. Sukladno tome, na srednjem polo\u017eaju kliza\u010da potenciometra poja\u010danje \u0107e biti 1, odnosno razina ulaznog signala biti \u0107e jednaka razini i izlaznog signala. S obzirom da je na svaki kliza\u010d potenciometra spojen RLC frekvencijski filtar, time \u0107e opisani efekt biti izra\u017een samo za frekvencije za koje je pojedini filtar dizajniran.<\/p>\n<p>Serijski RLC (LC) filtar funkcionira tako da ima minimalni otpor (impedanciju) na svojoj rezonantnoj frekvenciji. \u0160to su frekvencije kroz filtar ve\u0107e ili manje od rezonantne to je otpor njihovom prolasku kroz filtar sve ve\u0107i i ve\u0107i. Na tom principu funkcionira svaki ekvilajzer, odnosno svaki potenciometar \u0107e poja\u010davati ili prigu\u0161ivati samo onu frekvenciju za koju je dizajniran filtar u njegovom krugu. Na\u0161 ekvilajzer ima pet potenciometara, no audio ekvilajzeri mogu imati i do 30 pa \u010dak i vi\u0161e potenciometara, svaki sa filtrom za odre\u0111enu frekvenciju. Sama frekvencijska karakteristika (krivulja ili strmina gu\u0161enja) ovisi o kvaliteti filtra (dobroti rezonantnog kruga, Q-faktor) i o tome se kod kvalitetnih ekvilajzera svakako vodi vi\u0161e ra\u010duna. Zavojnice za audio frekvencijske filtre moraju imati relativno veliku induktivnost koja za najni\u017ee frekvencije (basove) dosti\u017ee vrijednosti i do nekoliko Henrija. Stoga se zavojnice naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e motaju na feritne jezgre kako bi smanjile dimenzije i broj potrebnih namota, no tu onda postaje izra\u017eeniji problem elektromagnetskog zra\u010denja i ne\u017eeljenih indukcija kod takvih zavojnica. Ovo za sobom povla\u010di potrebu za dobrim magnetskim oklapanjem \u0161to sve skupa pove\u0107ava cijenu takvih komponenti. Na primjeru na\u0161eg ekvilajzera vidimo da su zavojnice pojedinih kanala me\u0111usobno odvojene metalnim tijelima potenciometra, te je \u010ditav sklop filtara jo\u0161 dodatno zatvoren u dva metalna oklopa. Ru\u010dno je mogu\u0107e selektirani ulazni audio signal sa radija ili kazetofona (TUNER-W), a dvije kontrole ozna\u010dene sa LOUDNESS i MUTING slu\u017ee za trenutno poja\u010danje ili uti\u0161anje ja\u010dine izlaznog audio signala.<\/p>\n<p>Tonske kontrole za BASS-MID-TREBLE obi\u010dno se rade sa jednostavnim RC filtarskim mre\u017eama, no u na\u0161em slu\u010daju opet su primijenjeni RLC filtri sa diferencijalnim poja\u010dalima koji rade na istom principu kao i opisani ekvilajzer GE-501. I ovdje se dakle koristi &#8220;stara \u0161kola&#8221; sa pravim zavojnicama te sve ovo upu\u0107uje na zaklju\u010dak da je Clarion Compo Car Stereo G-501 linija doista zami\u0161ljena kao pravi Taj 5-stupanjski ekvilajzer je zami\u0161ljen kao opcionalna komponenta i rijetko se susre\u0107e kao komponenta linijskih stupova Clarion G-501. Kada se grafi\u010dki ekvilajzer GE-501 spoji na za to predvi\u0111eni konektor na zadnjoj strani poja\u010dala GC-501, poja\u010dalo isklju\u010duje rad svoje 3-stupanjske tonske kontrole. Ovo je logi\u010dno jer grafi\u010dki ekvilajzer ne bi ispravno pokazivao &#8220;grafi\u010dku sliku&#8221; ukoliko bi ona ve\u0107 bila iskrivljena 3-stupanjskim kontrolama na poja\u010dalu.
