Proizvodila je razne elektroni\u010dke ure\u0111aje, prvenstveno mjerne instrumente, indikatore i generatore signala za elektroniku te \u0161irok spektar ure\u0111aja za radio i audio tehniku (prijemnici, poja\u010dala, miksete, ekvilajzeri i sli\u010dno). Bila je poznata po tome \u0161to je izdavala kataloge u kojima su bili tehni\u010dki opisi, elektri\u010dne i monta\u017ene sheme te upute za pode\u0161avanje i spajanje svakog pojedinog modula je toliko jednostavna da nije potrebno crtati blok shemu. \u00a0Vidimo da se \u010ditav prijemnik sastoji se od tri osnovna bloka:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>FD 1 A<\/strong> (Valvo) &#8211; UKV FM tuner sa AFC regulacijom<\/li>\n<li><strong>TBA 120S<\/strong> (Siemens) &#8211; MF poja\u010dalo i FM demodulator<\/li>\n<li><strong>MC 1310P<\/strong> (Motorola) &#8211; stereo dekoder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/rim_fmt_fm_radio_20.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[7295]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" (Valvo) svojedobno su se svrstavali u najbolje tunere na svijetu i ugra\u0111ivali su se u najbolje modele UKV FM prijemnika. Sadr\u017ee sve ulazne sklopove prijemnika do MF od 10,7 MHz: ulazni antenski filtar i RF poja\u010dalo (BF 324), lokalni oscilator VCO (BF 451) i mje\u0161a\u010d (BF 324). Za pode\u0161avanje prijemne frekvencije koriste se \u010detiri varikap diode tipa BB 204 kojima se paralelno uga\u0111a frekvencija lokalnog oscilatora, ulazni antenski filtar i filtar za spregu RF poja\u010dala sa mje\u0161a\u010dem. Tako\u0111er, dodatna varikap dioda BB 106 koristi se za automatsku kontrolu frekvencije, odnosno za samopode\u0161avanje prijemnika na to\u010dnu frekvenciju radio postaje u rasponu cca \u00b1300 kHz.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/rim_fmt_fm_radio_10.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[7295]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-7305\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/rim_fmt_fm_radio_10-1024x660.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"660\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/rim_fmt_fm_radio_10-1024x660.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/rim_fmt_fm_radio_10-300x193.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/rim_fmt_fm_radio_10-768x495.jpg 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/rim_fmt_fm_radio_10.jpg 1150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/rim_fmt_fm_radio_19.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[7295]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7314\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/rim_fmt_fm_radio_19.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"659\" height=\"423\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nakon tunera slijedi kerami\u010dki filtar za MF 10,7 MHz, a zatim se signal dovodi na integrirani krug TBA 120S koji u sebi sadr\u017ei sklopove MF poja\u010dala i FM demodulatora. Gotovo svi FM demodulatori koji su izvedeni u integriranoj tehnici su koincidentnog tipa jer zahtijevaju najmanji broj vanjskih selektivnih krugova, odnosno filtra. Koincidentni demodulator se jo\u0161 naziva i kvadraturni ili produktni detektor te je isti ugra\u0111en i u na\u0161 integrirani krug TBA 120S.<\/p>\n<p>Kod koincidentnog demodulatora iskori\u0161tava se promjena faze FM moduliranih oscilacija. MF signal se prvo limitira u dovoljnoj mjeri da se poni\u0161ti bilo kakav utjecaj amplitude signala na demodulirani signal te stoga nakon limitiranja dobivamo sinusni signal sa odsje\u010denim vrhovima, dakle ne\u0161to najsli\u010dnije pravokutnom valnom obliku stalne amplitude i promjenjive frekvencije. Ovakav signal se zatim dovodi na zakreta\u010d faze tako da uz ulazni signal dobivamo jo\u0161 jedan signal kojemu je faza pomaknuta za 90\u00b0 kada nema modulacije, odnosno fazni pomak se smanjuje ili pove\u0107ava od 90\u00b0 ovisno od ja\u010dine modulacije (cca u rasponu 45-135\u00b0). Takva dva signala sa faznim pomacima proporcionalnima modulaciji dovode se na dvostruki protufazni multiplikativni sklop gdje se vr\u0161i mije\u0161anje ova dva signala. Izlazni signal iz takvog sklopa imati \u0107e promjenu amplitude proporcionalnu faznom pomaku, odnosno devijaciji.<\/p>\n<p>Demodulirani FM signal dovodi se zatim na PLL stereo dekoder MC 1310P koji radi na potpuno istom principu kao i PLL stereo dekoder LA 3350 koji smo opisali u objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2020\/02\/06\/clarion-compo-car-stereo-g-501\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Clarion Compo Car Stereo G-501<\/a>. Izlazni napon je pode\u0161en na 27 V. Ovaj napon se zener diodom re\u017ee na 24 V kao maksimalni regulacijski napon za varikap diode u UKV tuneru, zatim se otpornikom i zener diodom re\u017ee na 15 V za napajanje stereo dekodera MC 1310P, a zatim se otpornicima dodatno smanjuje na 12 V za napajanje FM demodulatora TBA 120S i na potrebne napone za napajanje UKV tunera. Poja\u010dalo sa LM 387N (za koji je dozvoljen maksimalni napon od 30 V) napaja se izravno naponom od 27 V.<\/p>\n<p>Za kontrolu prijemne frekvencije pomo\u0107u napona koji se dovodi na varikap diode u UKV tuneru koriste se otporni\u010dki djelitelji napona. Promjeni frekvencije u rasponu 87,5 &#8211; 108 MHz odgovara napon u rasponu 3,5 &#8211; 24 V. S obzirom da je upotrijebljen standardni klizni potenciometar, isti ima hod kliza\u010da od svega 60 mm, a to je nedovoljno da bi se dobila dovoljna rezolucija skale, odnosno minimalni pomaci kliza\u010di uvelike bi mijenjali frekvenciju. Stoga je skala podijeljena na dva jednaka dijela te je na taj na\u010din njena ukupna du\u017eina udvostru\u010dena:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I opseg: 87,5 &#8211; 98 MHz (3,5 &#8211; 8,8 V)<\/li>\n<li>II opseg: 97,5 &#8211; 108 MHz (8,5 &#8211; 24 V)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vidimo kako je odnos promjene napona i frekvencije prili\u010dno nelinearan, pa je takva i frekvencijska skala prijemnika. Kako bi se dodatno olak\u0161alo pode\u0161avanje frekvencije dodana je jo\u0161 jedna mogu\u0107nost ozna\u010dena sa &#8220;lupe&#8221;, a ovime se trenutni opseg na kojem se nalazi kliza\u010d (podru\u010dje oko trenutne frekvencije) mo\u017ee jo\u0161 dodatno razvu\u0107i. Kad se tome pridoda AFC kontrola, pode\u0161avanje na to\u010dnu frekvenciju je osigurano. Sve ove frekvencijske kontrole su lako izvedive s obzirom da je ovdje zapravo potrebno samo manipulirati naponom, no puno te\u017ee bi bilo ne\u0161to takvo napraviti kada kapacitete ne mijenjaju varikap diode nego se to radi ru\u010dno pomo\u0107u promjenjivih kondenzatora. Stoga su tuneri koji se baziraju na VCO i varikap diodama puno zgodniji za frekvencijsku kontrolu (bilo analogno preko potenciometra ili digitalno preko PLL sklopa) od onih koji imaju vi\u0161e promjenjivih kondenzatora me\u0111usobno spregnutih na istoj osovini.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de ostalih elemenata uratka iz samogradnje vidimo da nigdje nije ugra\u0111en potenciometar za glasno\u0107u pa je autor vjerojatno zamislio \u010ditav sklop kao neku linijsku komponentu koja se spaja na vanjsko poja\u010dalo snage. No i bez toga izlaz iz pretpoja\u010dala doveden na RCA (Cinch) konektore dovoljne je snage za ugodno slu\u0161anje radio stanica preko nekog standardnog zvu\u010dnika impedancije 4-16 \u2126. Osim antenskih konektora (60 i 240 \u2126) sa zadnje strane ugra\u0111ena su jo\u0161 dva DIN konektora koji nisu nigdje spojeni, no vjerojatno se \u017eeljela ugraditi mogu\u0107nost kori\u0161tenja poja\u010dala sa LM 387N i za druge ulazne signale, npr. sa gramofona.<\/p>\n<p>Test je pokazao neispravnost mre\u017ene sklopke. Ovdje moramo primijetiti kako je kompletno ku\u0107i\u0161te prijemnika aluminijsko, te je u njega uveden mre\u017eni napon bez za\u0161titnog uzemljenja. Mre\u017enom sklopkom prekida se samo jedna naponska linija, a uz to je i sama sklopka metalna. Ovo je vrlo rizi\u010dno rje\u0161enje, jer se zbog neispravnosti sklopke ili mre\u017enog transformatora lako mo\u017ee dogoditi da fazni napon probije na ku\u0107i\u0161te ure\u0111aja i dodirni dio sklopke. Nadalje je utvr\u0111eno da ne radi AFC funkcija, a gre\u0161ka je bila u lo\u0161em lemnom kontaktu AFC sklopke sa tiskanom plo\u010dicom. Kada su ove dvije neispravnosti otklonjene prijemnik je proradio sukladno o\u010dekivanjima.<\/p>\n<p>Autor ovog prijemnika imao je sre\u0107e tijekom 1970\/80-tih godina nabaviti ovaj odli\u010dni UKV FM tuner te nije ni \u010dudo da je ulo\u017eeno truda i vremena u izradu adekvatnog ku\u0107i\u0161ta te napajanja i poja\u010dala od dostupnih komponenti. Naravno da su se u to doba ve\u0107 mogli kupiti najrazli\u010ditiji gotovi tvorni\u010dki radio prijemnici jednakih ili boljih mogu\u0107nosti od ovog RIM-ovog modula, no to je jo\u0161 uvijek bilo i doba u kojemu se isplatila samogradnja ve\u0107ine elektroni\u010dkih sklopova ukoliko bi povoljno nabavili potrebne komponente ili module.
