U na\u0161im objava smo opisali ve\u0107 nekoliko sli\u010dnih elektrostimulatora, a sa\u017eeti \u010dlanak o istima mo\u017eete pro\u010ditati na stranici <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/o_blogu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">O blogu&#8230;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a dio sastoji se od mre\u017enog transformatora, punovalnog diodnog ispravlja\u010da (Graetz), kondenzatorskog filtra i stabilizatora napona 7812. Ovime je osiguran stabilan napon od 12 V za napajanje svih ostalih elektroni\u010dkih sklopova. Tako\u0111er, elektrostimulator je mogu\u0107e napajati i vanjskim izvorom istosmjernog napona 14 V koji se zatim dodatno stabilizira preko 7812.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/elektrostimulator_ct3_11.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[7574]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-7585\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/elektrostimulator_ct3_11-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/elektrostimulator_ct3_11-1024x683.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/elektrostimulator_ct3_11-300x200.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/elektrostimulator_ct3_11-768x512.jpg 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/elektrostimulator_ct3_11.jpg 1728w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Preliminarnim testom utvr\u0111eno je da elektrostimulator CT3 na svojem izlazu daje pravokutni napon frekvencije 1 kHz koji se mo\u017ee dodatno amplitudno modulirati u slo\u017eeni valni oblik vr\u0161nog napona 64 Vpp. Kao generator osnovnog pravokutnog napona koristi se integrirani krug CD 4047 (monostabilni ili astabilni multivibrator). Izlazni pravokutni napon frekvencije 1 kHz iz CD 4047 preko para pogonskih tranzistora snage MJE 3055T dovodi se na primar izlaznog transformatora, koji na svom sekundaru ima osam nezavisnih namota, odnosno po jedan za svaki izlazni kanal elektrostimulatora. Ova operacijska poja\u010dala generiraju vanjskim kontrolama podesive pravokutne i sinusne napone za modulaciju osnovnog pravokutnog napona.<\/p>\n<p>Kao \u0161to vidimo svaki kanal ima zasebni modulator opisana dva napona. Modulacijski signal sa operacijskih poja\u010dala uvodi se preko tranzistora 2N930, trimer potenciometra za pode\u0161avanje ja\u010dine modulacije i izolacijskog optopara RH11. Osnovni pravokutni napon uvodi se preko \u00a0punovalnog diodnog ispravlja\u010da (Graetz). Ovi signali dovode se na izlazne tranzistore BFJ 98 i BC 287 na kojima se vr\u0161i i sama modulacija. Desno se vidi modulacija svake \u0161este periode pravokutnog napona. Frekvencija ponavljanja moduliraju\u0107ih napona mo\u017ee se podesiti u rasponu cca 0,5 &#8211; 1 Hz. Prikazana su dva krajnja slu\u010daja.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tijekom 1980-tih godina kako je elektronika postajala sve ra\u0161irenija i naprednija te sve jeftinija i dostupnija \u0161irokim masama, tako je procvat do\u017eivio i razvoj razli\u010ditih elektroni\u010dkih ure\u0111aja, kako onih tvorni\u010dkih tako i onih u samogradnji ili poluprofesionalnim privatnim radionicama. Ideja lije\u010denja elektri\u010dnom strujom stara je gotovo kao i samo otkri\u0107e elektriciteta. Najraniji elektrostimulatori u mojoj zbirci datiraju iz 1920-tih godina (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2017\/03\/03\/violet-ray-vox-elektromedicinski-aparati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">VIOLET RAY \u2013 VOX ELEKTROMEDICINSKI APARATI<\/a>), a modulirani elektroni\u010dki elektrostimulatori iz 1950-tih godina (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2016\/12\/27\/iono-modulator-mela-k-g\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IONO-MODULATOR Mela K.G.<\/a>). Od tada do danas proizvedeno je na tisu\u0107e raznih modela elektrostimulatora koji elektri\u010dki gledano zapravo rade jedno te isto: proizvode izmjeni\u010dni napon sa ograni\u010denjem struje koji se dovodi na povr\u0161inu ko\u017ee pacijenta. Problem je jedino u tome \u0161to jo\u0161 nitko nije otkrio kako bi taj izmjeni\u010dni napon trebao izgledati, odnosno koju promjenjivu amplitudu i frekvenciju treba imati i u kojim razmacima se treba ponavljati da bi se ostvario neki najbolji efekt. Tako se mogu na\u0107i razne studije, od onih koje dokazuju da lije\u010denje elektri\u010dnom strujom ima nikakav ili vrlo mali ograni\u010den pozitivni efekt na izlje\u010denje ili zdravlje ljudi, do onih koje poku\u0161avaju dokazati da se elektri\u010dnim strujama mogu lije\u010diti sve bolesti svijeta, a ako i niste bolesni, opet se elektri\u010dnim strujama mo\u017ee dodatno pobolj\u0161ati i va\u0161e zdravo stanje.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cini se da je tra\u017eenje pravog valnog oblika za elektrostimulaciju postalo jednako tra\u017eenju kamena mudraca u nekada\u0161njih alkemi\u010dara. Svaki ima neku svoju formulu za generiranje \u010dudesnih strujnih impulsa, gdje su nekad jo\u0161 i postojala ograni\u010denja u vidu slo\u017eenosti sklopova sa diskretnim elektroni\u010dkim komponentama, no pojavom mikrokontrolera slo\u017eenim kombinacijama granice nema, a svaka nova se uvijek prikazuje kao bolja od prethodne. On slu\u017ei za blokiranje smetnji koje bi elektrostimulator eventulano unosio u mre\u017eu i ne utje\u010de na rad sklopa.
