Telefunken kompanija za be\u017ei\u010dnu telegrafiju). Tvrtka je poslovanje zapo\u010dela sa razvojem i proizvodnjom elektroni\u010dkih ure\u0111aja za \u017ei\u010dnu i be\u017ei\u010dnu komunikaciju. Od pionirskih pothvata na tom podru\u010dju tvrtka Telefunken je 1928. godine predstavila televizor sa &#8220;Karolus-Telefunken&#8221; sistemom, 1932. godine razvila je elektronsku cijev heksodu, 1935. godine Telefunken predstavlja prvi magnetofonski snima\u010d zvuka &#8220;Magnetophon&#8221;, a 1936. godine razvijena je prva elektroni\u010dka televizijska kamera s kojom su u\u017eivo emitirane Ljetne olimpijske igre u Berlinu iste godine. Tijekom i nakon 2. svjetskog rata Telefunken ostaje vode\u0107a kompanija za be\u017ei\u010dne komunikacije koje uklju\u010duju radio, televizijske i radarske tehnologije. Op\u0107e prihva\u0107eni sustav televizijskog prijenosa slike u boji PAL tako\u0111er je izum tvrtke Telefunken (1962. godina). Od 1960-tih godina tvrtka razvija i svoja ra\u010dunala te predstavlja nekoliko svojih standarda za prijenos i pohranu podataka poput audio vizualnog sustava TED (Television Disc) i mehani\u010dkog digitalnog ure\u0111aja za pohranu podataka Mini-Disc. U oba slu\u010daja radi se o potpuno tranzistorskim AM\/FM stereo radio prijemnicima predstavljenih pred sam kraj 1960-tih godina. Napraviti \u0107emo malu usporedbu ova dva modela:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/telefunken_concerto_101_31.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[7978]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8009 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/telefunken_concerto_101_31.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"728\" height=\"242\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kao \u0161to se vidi iz podataka u tablici Telefunken Concerto HiFi 101 je kvalitetniji radio prijemnik od Philipsa 22RH886, ponajprije zbog ve\u0107eg broja selektivnih MF poja\u010dala za AM i FM podru\u010dja, zatim zbog uga\u0111anja FM tunera pomo\u0107u varikap-dioda \u010dime je na jednostavniji na\u010din omogu\u0107en i ve\u0107i broj memorijskih kanala, te zbog sna\u017enijeg i kvalitetnijeg izlaznog stereo poja\u010dala. U Telefunken je stoga ugra\u0111eno gotovo dvostruko vi\u0161e tranzistora nego u Philips.<\/p>\n<p>Prema vanjskim gabaritima, kontrolama na prednjoj plo\u010di i priklju\u010dnicama na \u0161asiji oba radio prijemnika su vrlo sli\u010dna, gotovo identi\u010dna. Skale su i kod Telefunkena podijeljene na dvije grupe: UKV FM skale lijevo, a SV\/KV AM skale desno. Za memoriranje UKV frekvencija koristi se kontrolna skala koju \u010dini voltmetar sa ba\u017edarenom frekvencijskom skalom. Tri tranzistora rade u FM tuneru (RF poja\u010dalo, oscilator i mje\u0161a\u010d), a jedan tranzistor radi kao FM MF poja\u010dalo. Glede AM podru\u010dja, jedan tranzistor radi kao ulazno RF poja\u010dalo, jedan je u oscilatoru za AM, a jo\u0161 jedan je upravlja\u010dki tranzistor za preklapanje podru\u010dja. Preostala tri tranzistora su zajedni\u010dka za AM i FM podru\u010dja kako slijedi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BF241 &#8211; radi u stupnju mje\u0161a\u010da za AM ili kao 2. MF poja\u010dalo za FM<\/li>\n<li>BF240 &#8211; radi kao 1. MF poja\u010dalo za AM ili kao 3. MF poja\u010dalo za FM<\/li>\n<li>BF254 &#8211; radi kao 2. MF poja\u010dalo za AM ili kao 4. Za FM opseg u rasponu 87,8 &#8211; 104 MHz potrebno je osigurati upravlja\u010dki napon u rasponu 2,75 &#8211; 15,5 V.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Diodni detektor za AM i ratio-detektor za FM gotovo su identi\u010dne izvedbe u oba prijemnika i u oba slu\u010daja nalaze se u zajedni\u010dkom oklopljenom ku\u0107i\u0161tu sa posljednja dva stupnja MF poja\u010dala. Pale se osvjetljenja skale i indikacijskih instrumenata, no ne dobivamo nikakav audio izlaz iz poja\u010dala. Uo\u010dili smo da je pregorio jedan od tri osigura\u010da koji \u0161tite tri nezavisna naponska izvora sa ispravlja\u010da. Tako\u0111er, na plo\u010dici ispravlja\u010da uo\u010davamo jedan fizi\u010dki o\u0161te\u0107en diodni ispravlja\u010dki most (Graetz) kao i karakteristi\u010dna o\u0161te\u0107enja (curenja, nadutost) na filtarskim kondenzatorima. O\u010dito da su ove komponente neispravne te smo zamijenili dva diodna mosta, sva tri filtarska elektrolita i osigura\u010d. Originalni diodni mostovi predvi\u0111eni su za napone do 60V i struje do 180 mA \u0161to je na granici radnih uvjeta, pa smo ih zamijenili ja\u010dim mostovima koji podnose ve\u0107e napone i struje. Ipak, za potpuno siguran rad trebalo bi zamijeniti i sve elektrolite u poja\u010dalu kao i one u prijemniku.<\/p>\n<p>Drugi uo\u010deni nedostatak odnosi se na indikacijske instrumente za pokazivanje frekvencije memoriranih kanala i za pokazivanje ja\u010dine prijemnog signala. Naime, kazaljka ni jednog instrumenta se ne pomi\u010de, s time da je kazaljka pokaziva\u010da frekvencije blokirana na po\u010detnoj poziciji, a kazaljka ja\u010dine signala negdje oko sredine.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon \u0161to smo rastavili ku\u0107i\u0161ta oba instrumenta sa sigurno\u0161\u0107u mo\u017eemo zaklju\u010diti da je uzrok neispravnosti kod oba instrumenta \u017earuljica za osvjetljenje skale. Na instrumentu za prikaz ja\u010dine signala pak se toliko rastalila plastika ku\u0107i\u0161ta da se pozicija \u017earuljice deformirala prema kazaljki i istu zablokirala. Mogu\u0107e da je kod novog ure\u0111aja plastika ku\u0107i\u0161ta bila otpornija na temperature, a tijekom vremena je promijenila svojstva i po\u010dela se taliti. Mogu\u0107e da je i netko stavio zamjenske \u017earuljice ve\u0107e snage u instrumente koje se ja\u010de griju. Naravno, mogu\u0107e je da je ovo i tvorni\u010dka gre\u0161ka prilikom izrade instrumenata koja se o\u010dituje tek nakon du\u017eeg vremena kori\u0161tenja. Kako god bilo, popravak ovih instrumenata sada ne\u0107e bili lagan posao.<\/p>\n<p>Kod instrumenta za mjerenje ja\u010dine signala mehanizam sa zakretnim svitkom je sre\u0107om ostao \u010ditav, tako da je dovoljno bilo samo izvaditi \u017earuljicu i na njeno mjesto stavili mini LED diodu. No, kod instrumenta za pokazivanje frekvencije potrebno je rastaviti \u010ditav mehanizam, zalijepiti magnet i ponovno sve staviti na svoje mjesto. Ovdje je najve\u0107i problem \u0161to ne mo\u017eemo znati to\u010dnu orijentaciju polova magneta unutar instrumenta. Naime, polovi magneta moraju biti postavljeni pod to\u010dno odre\u0111enim kutom prema osi zakretnog svitka jer u suprotnom kazaljka instrumenta ne\u0107e linearno reagirati na porast napona, ne\u0107e se otklanjati na puni otklon, imati \u0107e suprotan otklon glede polariteta napona ili ne\u0107e imati istu osjetljivost. Jedinu indikaciju koju imamo na magnetu je uzdu\u017eni prorez, no nema nikakvih naznaka kako bi taj prorez trebao stajati u odnosu na svitak. Zakretni mehanizam na instrumentu za ja\u010dinu signala je potpuno druga\u010diji, magnet je druga\u010diji i ne mo\u017ee nam poslu\u017eiti za orijentaciju. Rastavljanje ovako osjetljivog instrumenta zahtijeva puno koncentracije, strpljenja, spretnosti i u kona\u010dnici sre\u0107e te si ne mo\u017eemo priu\u0161titi metodu poku\u0161aja i proma\u0161aja jer jednostavno ne mo\u017eemo nekoliko puta lijepiti i odljepljivati magnet kao ni rastavljati i sastavljati kompletni mehanizam zato \u0161to bi time nastala prevelika o\u0161te\u0107enja. Najosjetljiviji dio je odlemljivanje i zalemljivanje vrlo nje\u017enih elasti\u010dnih zavojnica koje balansiraju zakretni mehanizam u to\u010dnoj poziciji. Prema nekim na\u0161im prija\u0161njim iskustvima prorez bi trebao biti paralelan sa osi zakretnog svitka dok se isti nalazi u sredi\u0161njem polo\u017eaju otklona pa smo odlu\u010dili zalijepiti magnet na tu poziciju. Ukoliko pogre\u0161no okrenemo polove to ne\u0107e biti veliki problem, samo \u0107e se morati zamijeniti polaritet priklju\u010daka instrumenta.<\/p>\n<p>Sastavljanje je uspjelo i instrument radi ispravno. Umjesto \u017earuljica stavili smo male LED diode no zbog termi\u010dki jako o\u0161te\u0107ene bijele plastike ispred skala instrumenata kao i djelomi\u010dno same skale kod instrumenta za ja\u010dinu signala, osvijetljena skala u kona\u010dnici izgleda puno lo\u0161ije od neosvijetljene pa te diode vjerojatno onda ne\u0107emo ni spajati. No da bi se isti doveli u potpuno funkcionalno stanje svakako je potrebno zamijeniti sve elektrolitske kondenzatore kao komponente s najkra\u0107im rokom trajanja, a to \u010desto nije ni previ\u0161e brz ni previ\u0161e jeftin posao. U na\u0161em primjeru zamijenili smo tri elektrolita u krugu filtriranja napona koji su u radu pod najve\u0107im optere\u0107enjem no ne bi bilo lo\u0161e zamijeniti i preostalih 40 elektrolita u krugovima prijemnika i poja\u010dala. Naravno, nakon ove obavezne zamjene slijedi otklanjanje ostalih nedostataka, a najgori od njih nisu neispravne elektroni\u010dke komponente ve\u0107 neispravni dijelovi mehanike, prekida\u010da, potenciometara, pokaziva\u010da i ostalih elektro-mehani\u010dkih komponenti gdje je potrebno napraviti rekonstrukcije i popravke tako da barem vizualno budu istovjetne originalu. Na nesre\u0107u, upravo ti dijelovi se najvi\u0161e kvare jer su najvi\u0161e izlo\u017eeni manipulacijama na prednjoj plo\u010di te time skloni puknu\u0107ima, tro\u0161enju, koroziji, gomilanju prljav\u0161tine i sli\u010dnim o\u0161te\u0107enjima i neispravnostima \u00a0koje utje\u010du na njihovu funkciju. Kod na\u0161eg radio prijemnika Telefunken Concerto HiFi 101 najlak\u0161e je bilo zamijeniti elektrolite i diodne mostove u ispravlja\u010du, no pravi izazov bio je na popravku indikacijskih instrumenata. Iako smo imali sre\u0107e vratiti njihovu funkciju neka o\u0161te\u0107enja na vidljivom dijelu ku\u0107i\u0161ta je te\u0161ko sanirati, te je \u010desto potrebno donijeti odluku da li zadr\u017eati originalne elemente sa nekim o\u0161te\u0107enjima ili i\u0107i na potpunu rekonstrukciju gdje \u0107emo napraviti zamjenski dio koji \u0107e biti vi\u0161e ili manje sli\u010dan originalu. Ponekad imamo sre\u0107e nabaviti potpuno o\u010duvan i ispravan stari vintage ure\u0111aj, no to stanje mo\u017eda i ne\u0107e potrajati ukoliko istog po\u010dnemo eksploatirati. Ponekad je dovoljno samo dotaknuti neki dio da se isti raspadne iako je prethodno vizualno izgledao sasvim normalno.
