Radio (kasnije S.P. Radio A\/S) osnovana je 1930. godine i proizvodila je mornari\u010dke primopredajnike sa trgova\u010dkom markom &#8220;Sailor&#8221; te komercijalne radio i TV prijemnike. Sredinom 1960-tih godina dio proizvodnog programa prodan je tvrtki Bang &amp; Olufsen, a kasnije je i \u010ditava tvrtka postala dio nizozemske korporacije Radio Holland koja danas prodaje raznu komunikacijsku, navigacijsku i drugu elektroni\u010dku opremu za brodove tako\u0111er i pod markom &#8220;Sailor&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Njema\u010dka tvrtka DEBEG (Deutsche Betriebsgesellschaft fur drahtlose Telegraphie) osnovana je 1911. godine i neovisno je poslovala sve do kraja 1980-tih godina. Radi se o tvrtki koja je distribuirala isklju\u010divo mornari\u010dke radio ure\u0111aje mnogih poznatih proizvo\u0111a\u010da poput Telefunken, Lorenz, Siemens, Drake, Eddystone, ITT, Dancom, Sailor (S.P. Najve\u0107a izlazna snaga predajnika je 25 W, a mogu\u0107e je raditi i sa smanjenom snagom od 1 W uz standardno antensko optere\u0107enje 50 \u2126. Napaja se istosmjernim naponom od 12 V, a mogu\u0107e je nadograditi i originalni stabilizator za napajanje naponom od 24 V (najve\u0107a potro\u0161nja oko 5 A).<\/p>\n<p>Prednja plo\u010da radio telefona SAILOR RT144 je vrlo jednostavna. Isti\u010de se veliki kota\u010d za odabir radnog kanala, odnosno to je zapravo sklopka za kodiranje frekvencije unutar PLL petlje. Nadalje tu je potenciometar za ja\u010dinu zvuka u slu\u0161alici ili vanjskom zvu\u010dniku, zatim potenciometar za reguliranje osvjetljenja skale, prigu\u0161iva\u010d praga \u0161uma (squelch) i tropolo\u017eajna sklopka za isklju\u010denje ure\u0111aja i uklju\u010denje sa punom izlaznom snagom predajnika (25W) ili reduciranom snagom (1W).<\/p>\n<p>Sa zadnje strane nalazimo 50\u2126 antensku priklju\u010dnicu, osigura\u010de, te zajedni\u010dku priklju\u010dnicu za spajanje napajanja (12V) i vanjskog zvu\u010dnika. Vidi se hladilo za tri tranzistora koji rade u izlaznom VF stupnju predajnika, a desno je mjesto za opcionalno montiranje jo\u0161 jednog hladila na kojem se nalazi serijski tranzistorski regulator napona 24V na 12V ukoliko ure\u0111aj napajamo sa 24V. Ovaj tranzistor jednostavno se spaja na tri lemna mjesta iznad hladnjaka. Ova ispup\u010denja, ovisno o polo\u017eaju na osnovu odabranog radnog kanala, uklju\u010duju ili isklju\u010duju kombinaciju sklopki programskog djelitelja u sklopu PLL kontrole frekvencije. U su\u0161tini se dakle radi o posebnoj izvedbi uobi\u010dajene kanalne PLL sklopke kakvu nalazimo i u ve\u0107ini drugih PLL-om kontroliranih prijemnika i predajnika. S obzirom da na\u0161a sklopka sadr\u017ei izmjenjivi disk, pomo\u0107u istog je mogu\u0107e tvorni\u010dki na razli\u010dite na\u010dine kodirati kanale primopredajnika, a sam disk omogu\u0107ava i neke manualne izmjene &#8220;programa&#8221; tako da se na njega dodaju ili uklanjaju mali vijci koji onda svojim ispup\u010denjima kombiniraju programske pinove digitalnog djelitelja. Detaljni opis principa rada PLL kontrole frekvencije mo\u017eete na\u0107i u vi\u0161e objava vezanih uz PLL primopredajnike poput <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2019\/11\/18\/rucni-vhf-fm-primopredajnici-ct-1600\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ru\u010dni VHF FM primopredajnici CT-1600<\/a> ili <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2017\/02\/17\/cb-primopredajnik-hy-gain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CB-primopredajnik HY-GAIN<\/a>. Mi \u0107emo ovdje samo pojasniti funkcije pojedinih polja na\u0161eg programatorskog diska.<\/p>\n<p>Za pomorstvo je (ovisno o dr\u017eavi) rezerviran frekvencijski opseg 155-174 MHz i najve\u0107a izlazna snaga predajnika od 25 W \u010dime se na moru posti\u017eu dometi od oko 10-100 km \u0161to najvi\u0161e ovisi o upotrijebljenoj anteni. SAILOR RT144 pokriva frekvencijski opseg 155 &#8211; 163,2 MHz podijeljen je na dva opsega kako slijedi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standardni kanali u opsegu 155 &#8211; 158,6 MHz (me\u0111unarodno standardiziranih 88 kanala za upotrebu u mornarici)<\/li>\n<li>Specijalni kanali u opsegu 159,6 &#8211; 163,2 MHz (po potrebi dodatni kanali za razne namjene, privatni kanali)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>U semidupleksu je predajna frekvencija za 4,6 MHz vi\u0161a od prijemne. Ako malo pogledamo programatorski disk vidimo da je na\u0161 ure\u0111aj postavljen na rad sa 88 standardnih pomorskih kanala i tu se naravno ne mo\u017ee vr\u0161iti promjena frekvencije ali je za sve kanale mogu\u0107e promijeniti simpleks, odnosno semidupleks na\u010din rada. Ova mogu\u0107nost je ostavljena iz razloga \u0161to ovisno o dr\u017eavama ima puno razlika u na\u010dinu kori\u0161tenja pojedinog radnog kanala, da li u simpleksu, semidupleksu ili dupleksu. Tako\u0111er, ovisno o zakonima pojedine dr\u017eave neki kanali mogu biti zabranjeni za kori\u0161tenje. Stoga je mogu\u0107e potpuno blokirati za upotrebu bilo koji radni kanal osim 16. kanala (156,8 MHz) koji je me\u0111unarodno odabran kao osnovni pozivni kanal, odnosno kanal za upozorenja na opasnosti, tra\u017eenje pomo\u0107i i sli\u010dno. Za sve kanale osim 16. kanala mogu\u0107e je i postaviti smanjenu snagu oda\u0161iljanja na 1 W.<\/p>\n<p>Osim standardnih radnih kanala mogu\u0107e je programirati jo\u0161 5 privatnih kanala koji se mogu nalaziti na bilo kojoj frekvenciji unutar standardnog ili specijalnog opsega i za njih se mogu postaviti i sve ostale funkcije (na\u010din rada simpleks ili semidupleks, reducirana snaga predajnika, blokada predaje, blokada prijema i predaje). Na jednoj su logi\u010dki integrirani krugovi koji \u010dine programabilni i referentni djelitelj te detektor faze, dok su na drugoj plo\u010dici VF sklopovi PLL-a koji \u010dine oscilator, umno\u017eiva\u010d frekvencije oscilatora i PLL mje\u0161a\u010d. VCO kao i pripadaju\u0107i PLL filter te buffer poja\u010dala (poja\u010dala za odvajanje) koja slu\u017ee za proslje\u0111ivanje (prilagodbu) signala na i iz VCO-a smje\u0161teni su na plo\u010dici ulaznih sklopova predajnika. Programabilni djelitelj bazira se na binarnim broja\u010dima SN74197 za kodiranje frekvencije te na logi\u010dkim krugovima i flip-flopovima SN7420, SN7421, SN7427, SN74113 za kodiranje simpleks ili semidupleks na\u010dina rada, te za kodiranje unutar standardnog ili specijalnog frekvencijskog opsega. \u00a0Referentni djelitelj ima zada\u0107u dijeliti frekvenciju oscilatora 11,1 MHz sa 444 tako da se dobije izlazna frekvencija od 25 kHz, a to je rije\u0161eno prvo dijeljenjem sa 2 u flip-flopu SN74113, a za preostalo dijeljenje sa 222 uklju\u010dena su dva broja\u010da SN7493 koji mogu brojati do 256, pri \u010demu integrirani krugovi SN7420 i SN7427 resetiraju broja\u010de kad isti dostignu vrijednost od 222. Na\u010din rada kompresora dinamike opisali smo u objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2020\/05\/03\/bezicni-mikrofon-wms-300-pt-300-sr-300\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Be\u017ei\u010dni mikrofon WMS 300 (PT 300 + SR 300)<\/a>. \u010cetiri operacijska poja\u010dala sadr\u017eana u integriranom krugu iskori\u0161tena su u slijede\u0107im sklopovima: dva u kompresoru dinamike, jedno mikrofonskom niskopropusnom filtru i jedno u buffer poja\u010dalu koje proslje\u0111uje povratni signal iz VCO-a na PLL sklop. Mikrofonski signal iz filtra dovodi se izravno na modulacijsku diodu u krugu VCO-a gdje se vr\u0161i njegova FM modulacija. Modulirani signal iz VCO-a poja\u010dava se u dva stupnja VF poja\u010danja gdje dosti\u017ee nivo od 220 mW, a zatim se dovodi na trostupanjsko izlazno VF poja\u010dalo na kojima se slijedno vr\u0161e poja\u010danje na 2,5 W, zatim na 9W i u tre\u0107em stupnju na kona\u010dnih 25 W. Izlazni LC filtar harmonika izveden je sa zavojnicama u obliku \u0161tampanih veza na tiskanim plo\u010dicama te je \u010ditav oklopljen (zatvoren) bakrenim slojem druge \u0161tampane plo\u010dice. Na ulaznom dijelu, prije i poslije tranzistorskog RF poja\u010dala, \u00a0ugra\u0111eni su automatsko podesivi RF filtri sa kapacitivnim diodama koje upravlja\u010dki istosmjerni napon dobivaju sa PLL-a. Ovim filtrima posti\u017ee se odli\u010dna selektivnost prijemnika na radnu frekvenciju ve\u0107 u samom ulaznom dijelu. Za prvu me\u0111ufrekvenciju 10,7 MHz ugra\u0111en je kristalni filtar, a drugu me\u0111ufrekvenciju i demodulator upotrijebljen je specijalizirani integrirani krug TBA 120. Ovaj Philipsov integrirani krug primarno je razvijen za izdvajanje MF i demodulaciju tona u TV signalu, no \u0161iroko se koristio i za AM\/FM demodulacije u radio prijemnicima. Sadr\u017ei selektivno MF poja\u010dalo velikog poja\u010danja, kvadraturni koincidentni \u00a0detektor i audio poja\u010dalo. \u00a0Demodulirani audio signal dalje se vodi na integrirani krug MC 1458 koji sadr\u017ei dva operacijska poja\u010dala po karakteristikama ista kao 741. Jedno OP koristi se kao aktivni visokopropusni filtar (16 kHz) za prigu\u0161iva\u010d \u0161uma (squelch). Kada nema korisnog signala MF poja\u010dalo generira bijeli \u0161um, a kada se signal pojavi bijeli \u0161um bude potisnut unutar MF poja\u010dala. Ova pojava koristi se za rad sklopa za prigu\u0161enje \u0161uma. Diodnim detektorom ispravlja se \u0161um na frekvencijama iznad 16 kHz (iznad audio frekvencijskog opsega) i zatim se tim istosmjernim signalom upravlja tranzistorskim sklopkama za kontrolu audio poja\u010dala. Drugo OP kao aktivni deemphasis filter (-6 dB\/oct), frekvencijski filtar (300-3000 Hz) i audio poja\u010dalo za MTK slu\u0161alicu. Ovim stabiliziranim naponom napajaju se svi sklopovi radio telefona osim izlaznog NF audio poja\u010dala prijemnika i izlaznog VF poja\u010dala predajnika koji se napajaju izravno sa izvora napajanja (akumulator 13,2 V). Tako\u0111er integrirane funkcije unutar MC1723C koriste se i za razvo\u0111enje napajanja po potrebi na TX i RX sklopove, ovisno da li radio telefon radi u re\u017eimu predaje ili prijema. Jedan relej slu\u017ei za prebacivanje antene, napajanja i PLL kontrole izme\u0111u re\u017eima prijema i predaje, dok drugi relej slu\u017ei za prebacivanje napajanja izlaznog VF poja\u010dala predajnika za rad sa punom ili sa smanjenom snagom. Pri radu sa punom snagom na VF poja\u010dalo se dovodi napon izravno iz izvora napajanja 13,2 V, a pri radu sa smanjenom snagom ovaj napon se dovodi preko serijskog otpornika 15\u2126\/10W. Prednja plo\u010da i kontrole napravljene su vrlo pregledno, jednostavno i robusno \u0161to je svakako prednost za brodske primopredajnike gdje uvjeti monta\u017ee i upotrebe radio ure\u0111aja nisu uvijek idealni.<\/p>\n<p>Dana\u0161nje pomorske radio komunikacije uklju\u010duju specijalno razvijene sustave poput sustava GMDSS &#8211; Global Maritime Distress and Safety System, koji implementira elemente sigurnosti, lociranja i navo\u0111enja brodova na moru te reakcije na opasnost, tra\u017eenje pomo\u0107i i druge izvanredne doga\u0111aje (traganje i spa\u0161avanje). Suvremena komunikacija odvija se preko namjenskih pomorskih satelitskih sustava INMARSAT &#8211; International Maritime Satellite Organization (za prijenos informacija) i OSPAS-SARSAT (lociranje ljudi na moru) koji opet imaju standardizirane razli\u010dite podsustave poput izvje\u0161tavanje brodova u plovidbi WWNWS &#8211; World Wide Navigational Warning Service ili sustava za oda\u0161iljanje upozorenja brodovima NAVTEX i EGC SafetyNe.<\/p>\n<p>Pomorska satelitska komunikacija preko INMARSATA pokriva podru\u010dje od\u00a0 -70 \u00b0 do + 70 \u00b0 zemljopisne \u0161irine, a NAVTEX ima raspon do 460 km. Brodske radio postaje osim na VHF podru\u010dju 155-174 MHz i dometom do najvi\u0161e 100 km, mogu raditi i na HF podru\u010dju 4-27,5 MHz i MF podru\u010dju 415-535 kHz i 1,605 &#8211; 4 MHz sa dometima do 300 km. No temeljna veza svake brodice je VHF radio postaja sa standardnim kanalima, gdje je 16. kanal u pravilu uvijek posebno ozna\u010den. Ru\u010dne postaje imaju obi\u010dno snagu do 5 W, a mobilne do maksimalno dozvoljenih 25 W. Od ostalih funkcija moderne VHF postaje imaju mogu\u0107nost automatskog oda\u0161iljanja MMSI broja (Maritime Mobile Service Identity) u digitalnom obliku, a to je jedinstvenog identifikacijski broj radio postaje koji sadr\u017ei podatke o plovilu i vlasniku. Kod nekih VHF postaja postoji mogu\u0107nost paralelnog pra\u0107enja vi\u0161e kanala (skeniranje kanala), a neke podr\u017eavaju DSC sustav (Digital Selective Call) koji slu\u017ei za automatski selektivni poziv druge ili drugih postaja na 70. kanalu (156,525 MHz). Ovo je svojevrsni VHF GMDSS sustav i slu\u017ei prvenstveno za automatsko pozivanje u slu\u010daju opasnosti, hitnosti, sigurnosti i sli\u010dno, dakle isto kao i 16. kanal samo \u0161to se ovdje poziv upu\u0107uje digitalnim signalom, a nakon uspostave veze slijedi normalna telefonska konverzacija.
