U objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2018\/09\/01\/sun-900-scope-motor-tester\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sun 900 Scope Motor Tester<\/a> opisali smo jedan takav sli\u010dan set te prilo\u017eili originalne upute za upotrebu istog. Osciloskopom SUN Scope SS-70 snimaju se oblici napona ili naponskih impulsa koji nastaju na razli\u010ditim elektri\u010dnim sistemima u automobilu. Tako je mogu\u0107e snimati naponske impulse na primarnoj strani indukcijske zavojnice (bobine) bilo da se radi o elektroni\u010dkom (tranzistorskom) ili platinskom (mehani\u010dka sklopka) paljenju , zatim se mogu snimati visokonaponski impulsi na sekundarnoj strani bobine koji se dovode na svje\u0107ice, a mogu\u0107e je snimati i izlazni oblik napona koji proizvodi alternator ili dinamo automobila. Analizom tih oscilograma mo\u017ee se ustanoviti ispravnost rada sustava paljenja kod automobilskih motora i sustava za punjenje akumulatora. Uspjeli smo rastaviti jednu sondu ozna\u010denu kao &#8220;VOLTAGE DIVIDER&#8221; iz \u010dega vidimo da je ista zapravo svojevrsni visokonaponski kondenzator preko kojeg se VN impulsi dovode na ulaz osciloskopa. Sastoji se dakle od dva metalna valjka izme\u0111u kojih je sloj izolacije. Na preostale dvije sonde oznake nisu vidljive, no mjerenjem se mo\u017ee zaklju\u010diti da je crna sonda u obliku slova &#8220;T&#8221; najvjerojatnije mjerni transformator sa izoliranim primarom od sekundara. Unutar osciloskopa identificirali smo sedam elektronskih cijevi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>6BL8<\/strong> (ECF 80) &#8211; kombinacija triode i pentode<\/li>\n<li><strong>12AT7<\/strong> (ECC 81) &#8211; dvostruka trioda<\/li>\n<li><strong>12AX7 <\/strong>(ECC 83) &#8211; dvostruka trioda<\/li>\n<li><strong>12AU7<\/strong> (ECC 82) &#8211; dvostruka trioda<\/li>\n<li><strong>12AU7<\/strong> (ECC 82) &#8211; dvostruka trioda<\/li>\n<li><strong>2D21<\/strong> &#8211; tiratron<\/li>\n<li><strong>1X2B<\/strong> &#8211; visokonaponska ispravlja\u010dka dioda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Osciloskopska CRT cijev nosi oznaku <strong>5UP31<\/strong> te nas ova konfiguracija u mnogo\u010demu podsje\u0107a na ve\u0107 opisani <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2020\/03\/17\/osciloskop-precision-paco-s-51\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Osciloskop Precision Paco S-51<\/a> za koji smo nacrtali kompletnu elektroni\u010dku shemu. U osciloskopu Paco S-51 imali smo CRT cijev oznake 5UP1(F) koja je po elektri\u010dnim karakteristikama identi\u010dna sa 5UP31, a razlika je samo u perzistenciji fosfornog premaza i obliku prednje strane ekrana koji nije potpuno ravan ve\u0107 je malo zaobljen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/sun_scope_ss70_09.jpg\" se pogleda malo bolje vidi se da su ra\u0111ene i neke druge preinake na samom sklopovlju. \u010cini se da je ispravlja\u010d za anodne napone u originalu bio poluvodi\u010dki (mogu\u0107e selenski) ili pak je ispravlja\u010dka elektronska cijev bila montirana uz nedostaju\u0107i transformator. Tako\u0111er nedostaje i VN ispravlja\u010dica za CRT cijev 1X2B koja je vjerojatno tako\u0111er trebala biti zamijenjena poluvodi\u010dkim diodama jer su prerezani svi vodovi sa njenog podno\u017eja. Tako\u0111er su gotovo sve originalne ameri\u010dke elektronske cijevi zamijenjene evropskim ekvivalentima, a izgleda da su zamijenjeni i neki elektrolitski kondenzatori. Kako god bilo, netko je radio na obnovi i modernizaciji ovog osciloskopa pri \u010demu je na \u017ealost zaboravio vratiti mre\u017eni transformator, a to danas nije ba\u0161 lako nabavljiva komponenta te bi trebalo prora\u010dunati i namotati novi transformator.<\/p>\n<p>Najve\u0107a razlika u odnosu na Paco S-51 je izvedba generatora pilastog napona. On se umjesto na uobi\u010dajenom multivibratoru s triodama bazira na tiratron elektronskoj cijevi 2D21.
