Tvrtka Haake (Thermo Haake) \u00a0je tijekom samostalnog postojanja proizvodila razli\u010dite aparate, instrumente i opremu za opremanje kemijskih laboratorija, a danas je u vlasni\u0161tvu globalne korporacije Thermo Fisher Scientific gdje se pod imenom Hakke proizvode jo\u0161 uglavnom samo ure\u0111aji i oprema za viskometriju i reometriju (odre\u0111ivanje viskoznosti i proto\u010dnosti teku\u0107ina). Najranije spominjane termostata Haake TP 24 prona\u0161li smo u znanstvenim radovima iz podru\u010dja kemije koji datiraju iz sredine 1970-tih godina.<\/p>\n<p>Jednako kao i za tvrtku Haake, tako je i za termostat TP 24 danas ve\u0107 te\u0161ko prona\u0107i bilo kakve podatke, no u laboratorijima je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e kori\u0161ten za odr\u017eavanje temperature u komorama viskozimetra. Stoga smo ulogu pojedinih kontrola doku\u010dili pregledom sklopovlja u unutra\u0161njosti na koje su iste spojene.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/haake_tp24_01.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[8129]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8130 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/haake_tp24_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2207\" height=\"851\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/haake_tp24_01.jpg 2207w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/haake_tp24_01-300x116.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/haake_tp24_01-768x296.jpg 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/haake_tp24_01-1024x395.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2207px) 100vw, 2207px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u017deljena temperatura namje\u0161ta se pomo\u0107u prve \u010detiri kontrole na lijevoj strani (tri sklopke i potenciometar). Kao \u0161to se vidi na slici prvom sklopkom odabire se temperatura u koracima x100\u00b0, a zatim slijede koraci x10\u00b0, x1\u00b0 i x0,1\u00b0. Na ovaj na\u010din, u kombinaciji sa sklopkom za odabir temperature iznad nule i ispod nule +\/-, mo\u017ee se odabrati bilo koja temperatura u rasponu od -200\u00b0 do +800\u00b0 sa rezolucijom od 0,1\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>Slijedi mre\u017ena sklopka sa zelenim indikacijskim svjetlom, a desno su jo\u0161 dva potenciometra sa crvenim kontrolnim lampicama. Prvi potenciometar (Dauerheizung &#8211; kontinuirano grijanje) kombiniran je sa sklopkom i slu\u017ei za isklju\u010divanje automatske regulacije temperature i uklju\u010denje kontinuiranog rada grija\u010da snagom u rasponu 0% do 100%. Kad je sklopka prvog potenciometra isklju\u010dena (krajnji lijevi polo\u017eaj) tada radi automatska regulacija temperature, a snaga koja se dovodi na grija\u010d namje\u0161ta se drugim potenciometrom (Regelheizung &#8211; regulirano grijanje) tako\u0111er u \u017eeljenom rasponu od 0% do 100%. Prva crvena indikacijska lampica signalizira rad kontinuiranog napajanje grija\u010da, a druga lampica se uklju\u010duje u periodima kad grija\u010d dobiva napajanje preko automatske regulacije. Ova dva regulatora mogu se i kombinirati, odnosno mogu biti oba uklju\u010dena sa odre\u0111enim pode\u0161enjima snage. Takvim kombinacijama donekle se kompenzira inercija grija\u010da (vrijeme potrebno da se zagrije ili ohladi) odnosno posti\u017ee se manja razlika izme\u0111u minimalne i maksimalne temperature u grijanom objektu i preciznije odr\u017eavanje zadane temperature.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/haake_tp24_04.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[8129]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8133 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/haake_tp24_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1349\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/haake_tp24_04.jpg 1349w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/haake_tp24_04-300x228.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/haake_tp24_04-768x583.jpg 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/haake_tp24_04-1024x777.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1349px) 100vw, 1349px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na zadnjoj strani isti\u010de se bijela uti\u010dnica sa osigura\u010dem 220V\/10A na koju se priklju\u010duje grija\u0107e tijelo \u010diji rad \u017eelimo regulirati. Slijedi sklopka &#8220;Neutralausgang&#8221; i dvije priklju\u010dnice. Sklopkom se uklju\u010duju priklju\u010dnice spojene na poseban relej, tako da je jedna priklju\u010dnica spojena na otvorene kontakte releja (II), a druga na zatvorene kontakte (III), naravno gledano s pozicije kada relej nije aktiviran. Na ove priklju\u010dnice se tako mogu spojiti razli\u010diti vanjski kontrolni ili indikacijski ure\u0111aji, npr. alarmi ili upravlja\u010di ve\u0107e snage.<\/p>\n<p>Slijede dva trimer potenciometra. Potenciometrom Xr slu\u017ei za finu kalibraciju ure\u0111aja, a potenciometrom 10 \u2126 u kombinaciji sa sklopkom 10 \u2126, kompenzira se otpor dovodnih vodova do temperaturnog senzora (ukoliko su ti vodovi jako duga\u010dki). Naime, termostat Haake TP 24 predvi\u0111en je za rad sa temperaturnim senzorima Pt 100. Pt100 je u naravi termootpornik ili RTD (engl. Resistance Temperature Detectors), dakle promjenom temperature mijenjati \u0107e njegov elektri\u010dni otpor i to je mjerna veli\u010dina na koju reagira elektronika termostata. Pt100 na temperaturi od 0\u00b0 ima otpor od 100 \u2126. Puni mjerni raspon mu je od -200\u00b0C do 800\u00b0C pri \u010demu se otpor istog mijenja u rasponu cca 18,5-390 \u2126. Za promjenu temperature od 1\u00b0C vrijednost otpora PT100 \u0107e se promijeniti za oko 0,425 \u2126 tako da otpor (du\u017eih) poveznih vodova svakako ima utjecaj na ukupnu vrijednost pa je ovo potrebno kompenzirati.<\/p>\n<p>Lijevo je priklju\u010dnica Programmgeber sa pripadaju\u0107om sklopkom i ona slu\u017ei za spajanje nekog vanjskog programatora temperature pri \u010demu se isklju\u010duje interni odabir temperature pomo\u0107u prve \u010detiri kontrole na prednjoj plo\u010di. U kona\u010dnici tu su i dvije priklju\u010dnice za spajanje temperaturnih senzora Pt100. Rije\u010d je o vrlo uobi\u010dajenom dizajnu gdje se na invertiraju\u0107i ulaz dovodi stabilan referentni napon (u na\u0161em slu\u010daju stabiliziran zener diodama), a na neinvertiraju\u0107i ulaz dovodi se napon preko otporni\u010dkog djelitelja napona koji \u010dine otpor odabran vanjskim kontrolama (u na\u0161em slu\u010daju mre\u017ea otpornika odabrana sklopkama i potenciometrom za odabir temperature) i otpor temperaturnog senzora (u na\u0161em slu\u010daju Pt100). Posljednji u nizu je potenciometar od 0,5 \u2126 kojim se fino regulira \u017eeljena temperatura unutar 1\u00b0C. Vidimo da je odabrana vrijednost otpornika koja odgovara promjeni otpora temperaturnog senzora Pt100 pri promjeni temperature za 1\u00b0C (0,425 \u2126).
