izvor svjetlosti zra\u010di razli\u010ditom ja\u010dinom u razli\u010ditim valnim podru\u010djima, a spektrometar je ure\u0111aj koji takav izvor svjetlosti razla\u017ee na pojedina\u010dne valne duljine te mjeri ja\u010dinu (intenzitet) zra\u010denja na svakoj od njih. Ukoliko je spektrometar dizajniran samo za analizu vidljivog dijela spektra te bliskog ultraljubi\u010dastog i infracrvenog zra\u010denja, onda se takav spektrometar naziva jo\u0161 i spektrofotometar. Osnove komponente spektroskopa su izvor (uzorak) zra\u010denja, monokromator i detektor.<\/p>\n<p>Monokromator je ure\u0111aj koji rastavlja svjetlosni spektar na pojedine valne duljine (poput duge) te u jednom trenutku propu\u0161ta samo jednu valnu duljinu , odnosno ovisno o rezoluciji samo jedan mali opseg valnih duljina svjetlosti. Postoje razne vrste monokromatora koji se uglavnom razlikuju po na\u010dinu opti\u010dkog rastavljanja svjetlosnog spektra, a naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i su sa opti\u010dkom ili difrakcijskom re\u0161etkom te sa opti\u010dkom prizmom. Svjetlost se sa zrcala C reflektira na opti\u010dku re\u0161etku D gdje se razla\u017ee na spektar (na valne duljine). Razlo\u017eeni spektar svjetlosti pada na zrcalo E sa kojeg se reflektira i preko otvora F propu\u0161ta na detektor. Ovdje treba primijetiti kako se kroz otvor F propu\u0161ta samo jedna valna duljina ili ovisno o \u0161irini otvora samo jedan uzak spektar razlo\u017eene svjetlosti. Ukoliko se malo promijeni kut opti\u010dke re\u0161etke D, promijeniti \u0107e se i kut refleksije na zrcalu E, pa \u0107e kroz otvor G prolaziti drugi dio razlo\u017eenog spektra svjetlosti.<\/p>\n<p>Sve ove elemente nalazimo i u opti\u010dkom dijelu (monokromatoru) spektrometra Optical Spectrum Analyser 6000. Opti\u010dka re\u0161etka mo\u017ee se kontrolirano okretati pomo\u0107u servo-motora \u010dime se kroz izlazni otvor redom propu\u0161taju valne duljine \u010ditavog razlo\u017eenog spektra. Ovakav monokromator naziva se jo\u0161 i skeniraju\u0107i monokromator. Na izlaznom otvoru nalazi se opti\u010dki detektor koji ja\u010dinu svjetla na pojedinoj propu\u0161tenoj valnoj duljini pretvara u proporcionalni elektri\u010dni signal. Na taj na\u010din se ja\u010dina signala mo\u017ee mjeriti na osciloskopu. Amplitudu oscilograma predstavlja ja\u010dina signala sa opti\u010dkog detektora, a vrijeme (okidanje vremenske baze ili trigger osciloskopa) je sinkronizirano sa brzinom vrtnje opti\u010dke re\u0161etke. Taj sinkronizacijski trigger signal za osciloskop dobiva se preko jednostavnog opto-elektri\u010dnog pretvara\u010da brzine vrtnje servo-motora. Radi se o disku montiranom na osovinu servo-motora, po \u010dijem obodu su nalijepljena mala zrcala. Izvor svjetlosti (IC dioda) osvjetljava jedno zrcalo na disku, a reflektirani signal detektira se na IC senzoru. Kako se disk sa zrcalima okre\u0107e tako na detektoru dobivamo impulse koji odgovaraju brzini vrtnje servo-motora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a U na\u0161 primjerak spektrometra (konfiguracija 6101) ugra\u0111ena je opti\u010dka re\u0161etka 1200\/500 i opti\u010dki senzor sa silicijskom fotodiodom. Opti\u010dka re\u0161etka sastoji se od gustog niza fino urezanih paralelnih linija na kojima se difuzno raspr\u0161uje svjetlost odre\u0111enog opsega valnih duljina. Oznaka GRATING 1200\/500 zna\u010di da opti\u010dka re\u0161etka ima urezanih 1200 linija po 1 mm i da najefikasnije raspr\u0161uje svjetlost na valnoj duljini od \u03bb = 500 nm. Me\u0111utim, puni radni opseg na kojem se mo\u017ee koristiti ovakva opti\u010dka re\u0161etka je puno \u0161iri i kre\u0107e se u rasponu od 2\/3 \u03bb do 2 \u03bb, dakle od 330-1000 nm. Jednako tako senzorom sa silicijskom fotodiodom mogu\u0107e je vr\u0161iti mjerenje na valnim duljinama od 220-1100 nm, tako da se ova na\u0161a kombinacija bez problema mo\u017ee koristiti za \u010ditav vidljivi dio spektra (390 do 750 nm) te dio bliskog infracrvenog i ultraljubi\u010dastog zra\u010denja. Granice navedenih opsega mjerenja nisu \u010dvrste i dosta ovise o samoj vrsti, odnosno spektru svjetlosti koje mjerimo, pa je spektrometar Optical Spectrum Analyser 6101 prema tvorni\u010dkim podacima preporu\u010deno koristiti \u00a0u opsegu od 350-1100 nm.<\/p>\n<p>Za monokromator na\u0161eg spektrometra mo\u017eemo odabrati \u010detiri \u0161irine ulazno izlaznih proreza: 0,2 mm, 0,5 mm, 1 mm i 2 mm. Njima se odre\u0111uje koliko \u0107e svjetla u\u0107i u monokromator. S ve\u0107im prorezom (vi\u0161e svjetla) dobivamo ve\u0107u osjetljivost, a s manjim prorezom dobiva se ve\u0107a rezolucija. Stoga dobiveni signali na osciloskopu ne\u0107e biti prikazani u to\u010dnom odnosu. Ukoliko nam treba to\u010dno mjerenje na svakoj valnoj duljini potrebno je uklju\u010diti odre\u0111ene frekvencijske korekcijske filtre i filtre harmonika koji se mogu opcionalno koristiti kao su\u010delja izme\u0111u opti\u010dkog senzora i osciloskopa.<\/p>\n<p>Brzina vrtnje servo-motora je 10 okretaja u sekundi \u0161to zna\u010di da jedan puni okretaj opti\u010dke re\u0161etke traje 100 ms. Opti\u010dka re\u0161etka reflektira svoj raspr\u0161eni spektar prema senzoru u samo jednom dijelu rotacije koji traje oko 10 ms. \u010citav monokromator je kalibriran tako da vrijeme rotacije od 1 ms obuhva\u0107a valne duljine u rasponu 100 nm. Tako \u0107emo i na osciloskopu na podjeli od 1 ms dobiti raspon valnih duljina od 100 nm. Ovdje smo snimili spektralnu karakteristiku \u010diste bijele LED diode snage 1 W. Vremenska baza je 600 \u00b5s pa jedna podjela odgovara rasponu valnih duljina od 60 nm.
