Tvrtka ISKRA vu\u010de korijene iz 1946. godine te je i danas prisutna na tr\u017ei\u0161tu. Radi o klasi\u010dnom pokretanju elektrokemijskog procesa propu\u0161tanjem elektri\u010dne struje preko elektroda uronjenih u elektrolit, no specifi\u010dnost elektroforeze je \u0161to se potpuno isklju\u010duje utjecaj elektroda i kemijskih reakcija na istima poput oksidacije, redukcije, elektrolize i sli\u010dno, a analiziraju se samo doga\u0111anja u mediju (elektrolitu) izme\u0111u elektroda poput pokretljivosti, migracije i sli\u010dnih svojstava naboja. Istosmjerni napon koji se u elektroforetskoj \u0107eliji dovodi na elektrode mo\u017ee iznositi od nekoliko desetaka volti do nekoliko desetaka kilovolti, a struje su vrlo male od nekoliko stotina mikroampera do nekoliko desetaka miliampera. Elektroforeza se dakle primarno koristi u kemijskim laboratorijima za analizu kretanja elektri\u010dki nabijenih \u010destica u otopini pod djelovanjem elektri\u010dnoga polja, uglavnom za razli\u010dita biokemijska i molekularna istra\u017eivanja. Osim toga, elektroforeza se primjenjuje i za medicinske tretmane lije\u010denja, odnosno za uno\u0161enje lijekova u tijelo pacijenta kroz ko\u017eu ili sluznicu. To je bezbolan i gotovo neinvazivan proces poput npr. mazanja povr\u0161ine ko\u017ee ljekovitim sredstvom, s time da se pomo\u0107u elektroforeze omogu\u0107uje dublje prodiranje (migracija) ljekovitog medija u tijelo. MA 8901 se bazira na ukupno pet elektronskih cijevi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>EF 86<\/strong> &#8211; pentoda (max. 250V\/3mA)<\/li>\n<li><strong>EL 84<\/strong> &#8211; pentoda snage (max. 250V\/48mA)<\/li>\n<li><strong>EZ 80<\/strong> &#8211; punovalna ispravlja\u010dica (max. 350V\/90mA)<\/li>\n<li><strong>EAA 91<\/strong> &#8211; dvostruka dioda (max. 150V\/9mA)<\/li>\n<li><strong>5651<\/strong> &#8211; stabilizator referentnog napona 87V\/3,5mA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ova kombinacija elektronskih cijevi upu\u0107uje da se radi o klasi\u010dnom regulatoru napona sa elektronskim cijevima kakav smo opisali npr. u objavi Audio oscilator Trav-Ler TS-382B\/U. Razlika je u tome \u0161to smo tamo imali regulator napona sa triodama, dok se ovdje koriste pentode. Iako su principijelno svi serijski regulatori (stabilizatori) napona sa elektronskim cijevima vrlo sli\u010dni (jednako kao i tranzistorski serijski regulatori) svaki od njih ipak ima neke svoje specifi\u010dnosti. Stoga smo htjeli nacrtati originalnu shemu na\u0161eg MA 8901, no problem je u tome \u0161to su svi vodovi me\u0111usobno upleteni \u0161pagom te ih je nemogu\u0107e pratiti bez da se razdvoje. Bilo bi \u0161teta uni\u0161titi originalnu monta\u017eu ovog vintage ure\u0111aja, pa smo stoga nacrtali pojednostavljenu shemu nastalu pra\u0107enjem osnovnih vodova.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/iskra_ma8901_01.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[8191]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8192 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/iskra_ma8901_01.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1226\" height=\"876\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vidimo da je specifi\u010dnost regulatora napona sa pentodama ta \u0161to se za drugu mre\u017eicu prolazne (serijske) regulacijske pentode (EL 84) mora osigurati zaseban izvor plivaju\u0107eg istosmjernog napona. Kad bismo drugu mre\u017eicu izravno spojili sa anodom, tada bi pentoda zapravo radila kao trioda. Prednost izlazne pentode pred triodom najvi\u0161e se o\u010dituje u slijede\u0107em: radna karakteristika pentode (odnos porasta anodnog napona prema izlaznoj struji) ima na jednom dijelu gotovo ravnu karakteristiku, odnosno struja \u0107e se vrlo malo mijenjati u odnosu na promjenu napona u podru\u010dju ve\u0107em od cca 50 V. To zna\u010di da \u0107e izlazna pentoda biti neosjetljiva na eventualne fluktuacije ulaznog napona na anodi koje nastaju npr. zbog fluktuacija mre\u017enog napona ili nedovoljne filtracije ulaznog napona (ripple) \u010dak i kad nema nikakve povratne veze za regulaciju. Kao \u0161to vidimo na shemi, zahvaljuju\u0107i toj imunosti pentode na nestabilnosti ulaznog napona isti se ne treba posebno filtrirati nakon punovalnog ispravljanja elektronkom EZ 80. Na\u0161 primjerak se na testu pokazao potpuno ispravnim. Opremljen je prili\u010dno sna\u017enim transformatorom \u010dime je pogodan za prenamjenu u neki univerzalni ispravlja\u010d napona za ure\u0111aje sa elektronskim cijevima. Izlaznu struju vjerojatno bi mogli pove\u0107ati do nekih 45 mA koliko to dopu\u0161ta elektronka EL 84.
