Kondenzator se spoji na stezaljke, a zatim se odabirom mjernog opsega, pomicanjem kazaljke skale (promjenjivi kondenzator oscilatora) i okretanjem potenciometra za osjetljivost instrumenta prona\u0111e &#8220;dip&#8221; na indikacijskom instrumentu, odnosno najmanji otklon u podru\u010dju &#8220;messen&#8221;. Ovo se mo\u017ee zahvaliti \u010dinjenici kako se radi o vrlo preciznom ure\u0111aju za mjerenje kapaciteta to\u010dnosti 1%.<\/em> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tvrtka Rohde &amp; Schwarz (R&amp;S) osnovana je 1933. godine i do danas je prerasla u globalnu elektroni\u010dku korporaciju specijaliziranu za elektroni\u010dke mjerne instrumente, radio tehniku i komunikacije te kiberneti\u010dku sigurnost. Prvi proizvod tvrtke Rohde &amp; Schwarz bio je mjera\u010d dielektri\u010dnih gubitaka na kerami\u010dkim disk izolatorima na frekvencijama 50-200 MHz, koji je izra\u0111en po narud\u017ebi britanske tvornice za proizvodnju kerami\u010dkih izolatora. Godine 1938. R&amp;S je proizvela prvi na svijetu prijenosni kvarcni sat (te\u017eine 36 kg). Prelazak na serijsku tvorni\u010dku proizvodnju zapo\u010det je 1942. godine proizvodnjom radio-lokatora, a po zavr\u0161etku 2. svjetskog rata R&amp;S je po nalogu ameri\u010dke vojske izvr\u0161ila provjeru, kalibraciju i popravak kompletne radio opreme u centralnom skladi\u0161tu zrakoplovstva SAD-a u Njema\u010dkoj. Isto tako 1949. godine po nalogu Radio M\u00fcnchena gradi i testira prvi FM VHF probni oda\u0161ilja\u010d. U idu\u0107im desetlje\u0107ima tvrtka R&amp;S razvija i proizvodi veliki broj razli\u010ditih ure\u0111aja i opreme za radio tehniku i mjernu tehniku, a najva\u017enija pionirska postignu\u0107a su bila: prvi slo\u017eeni mre\u017eni vektorski analizator (1950), prvi automatski radio-lokator kao dopuna radarima za zrakoplovstvo (1955), prvi radio-lokator na principu Dopplerovog efekta (1959), prvi sustav pra\u0107enja buke zra\u010dnog prometa na aerodromima u Njema\u010dkoj (1964), prvi europski automatski sustav za testiranje integriranih krugova (1967), prvi mikroprocesorski kontrolirani radio tester (1974). Nakon 1980-tih godina tvrtka R&amp;S prati svu modernu tehnologiju i odgovara na zahtjeve vezane za radio difuzne te sve ostale civilne i vojne radio komunikacije. Od 2000-tih godina R&amp;S preuzima vi\u0161e drugih tvrtki sa srodnim proizvodnjama (uklju\u010duju\u0107i i poznati Hameg) i \u0161iri se na svjetska tr\u017ei\u0161ta. Jasno se isti\u010de njegovih \u0161est trostrukih zavojnica na feritnim jezgrama i pripadaju\u0107ih \u0161est trimer-kondenzatora za kalibraciju svakog pojedinog titrajnog kruga. Desno je promjenjivi kondenzator za odabir frekvencije unutar svakog frekvencijskog pojasa, odnosno za prikaz nepoznatog kapaciteta unutar svakog mjernog opsega. Zavojnice prijemnog (mjernog) titrajnog kruga smje\u0161tene su izme\u0111u dvije elektronske cijevi. Desno gore je mre\u017eni ispravlja\u010d sa poluvodi\u010dkim ispravlja\u010dkim mostom.<\/em> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>KARU 510 omogu\u0107uje mjerenje kapaciteta kondenzatora u rasponu 0-10 \u00b5F (u \u0161est opsega) sa vrlo velikom to\u010dno\u0161\u0107u od 1% ili 0,5 pF. Koristi rezonantnu metodu mjerenja s dva LC titrajna (oscilatorska) kruga. Princip je sli\u010dan kao kod radio prijenosa, odnosno s jedne strane imamo LC titrajni krug predajnika koji oscilira na odre\u0111enoj frekvenciji, a s druge strane imamo LC titrajni krug prijemnika kojim tra\u017eimo (rezonantnu) frekvenciju oda\u0161ilja\u010da. U trenutku kad je promjenjivim kondenzatorom titrajni krug predajnika dovede u rezonanciju sa titrajnim krugom prijemnika koji sadr\u017ei kondenzator nepoznatog kapaciteta, kroz mjerni sklop \u0107e prote\u0107i najve\u0107a struja koja se detektira na instrumentu. Polo\u017eaj promjenjivog kondenzatora predajnika, odnosno spregnuta skala u toj to\u010dki ba\u017edarena je za izravno o\u010ditanje u pF ili \u00b5F. Sprega izme\u0111u predajnog i prijemnog titrajnog kruga izvedena je induktivno preko zavojnica L1 III &#8211; L6 III.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8249 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/karu_510_20.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3524\" height=\"2084\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na shemi su razli\u010ditim bojama ozna\u010dena \u010detiri osnovna sklopa mjera\u010da kapaciteta KARU 510:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>predajni LC oscilator (crveno)<\/li>\n<li>prijemni LC titrajni krug (zeleno)<\/li>\n<li>mjerni sklop (\u017euto)<\/li>\n<li>napajanje (bijelo)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kao \u0161to se vidi oscilator predajnika bazira se na jednoj triodi elektronske cijevi 6SN7 sa promjenjivim LC elementima za svaki mjerni opseg. Ovim oscilatorom se pokriva \u010ditav frekvencijski opseg od 1,5 &#8211; 175 kHz, a mijenjanjem frekvencije predajnika (C8) zapravo se tra\u017ei rezonantna frekvencija LC kruga prijemnika sa nepoznatim kondenzatorom. Napon na krajevima titrajnog kruga prijemnika naglo se pove\u0107a u trenutku kad se postigne rezonancija, te se isti dovodi na udvostru\u010diva\u010d i ujedno ispravlja\u010d napona baziran na dvostrukoj diodi 6H6 i pripadaju\u0107im kondenzatorima. Mjerne frekvencije puno br\u017ee rastu \u0161to su mjerni opsezi ni\u017ei \u010dime je omogu\u0107eno lak\u0161e namje\u0161tanje rezonancije kod mjerenja malih kapaciteta, a boljem o\u010ditanju doprinose i logaritamske skale sa dvostrukom vrlo tankom kazaljkom \u010dime se u potpunosti kompenzira pogre\u0161ka paralakse kod o\u010ditanja. Mjera\u010d kapaciteta KARU 510 u svim segmentima je konstruiran kao precizni mjerni instrument za profesionalnu upotrebu. To uklju\u010duje kvalitetne mehani\u010dke elemente, prijenose i spregu izme\u0111u njih (sklopka, skala, promjenjivi kondenzator), a sve zavojnice namotane na feritne jezgre \u0161to je rijetkost za to razdoblje. Predajni oscilator radi te se na vi\u0161im mjernim opsezima, gdje su mjerne frekvencije u \u010dujnom podru\u010dju, mo\u017ee \u010duti promjena zvuka titraja koju proizvode feritne jezgre kako se mijenja frekvencija oscilatora (skala). Pronalazak gre\u0161ke na ovako shematski jednostavnom ure\u0111aju ne bi trebao biti problem. Prvo je svakako potrebno zamijeniti elektrolitski filtarski kondenzator u napajanju, a ako se uz ispravan napon situacija ne popravi onda je velika vjerojatnost da je gre\u0161ka u mjernom krugu, odnosno dvostrukoj diodi 6H6 jer ure\u0111aj ne mjeri ispravno ni na jednom mjernom opsegu iako postoji reakcija oscilatora i poja\u010dala za instrument koji se baziraju na triodama elektronke 6SN7.
