Napajaju se naponom gradske mre\u017ee 220 V. limene plo\u010de.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nakon \u0161to smo pogledali unutra\u0161njost svakog instrumenta vidimo da ih prema elektroni\u010dkoj strukturi mo\u017eemo podijeliti u tri znamenke (\u00d8DP0106)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Iz ove podjele jasno se vidi i logika ozna\u010davanja serije pojedinih mjernih instrumenta gdje posljednja dva broja ozna\u010davaju broj znamenki koje digitalni instrument mo\u017ee prikazati, a samim time i upotrijebljene integrirane krugove. Ovaj integrirani krug implementira sve sklopove digitalnog mjernog instrumenta za prikaz vrijednosti na LCD displeju u rasponu 0 do \u00b13999. Od vanjskih elemenata potrebno mu je samo napajanje od 5 V, izvor referentnog napona (u na\u0161em slu\u010daju ICL8069) i RC elementi za interni oscilator takta. A\/D pretvornik ugra\u0111en u ADD3701CCN radi na principu pulsne modulacije i brzina mu ovisi o frekvenciji oscilatora definiranoj pomo\u0107u vanjskih RC elemenata. Na plo\u010dici desno je ulazni mjerni krug sa shuntom i anti-paralelno spojenim diodama za prenaponsku za\u0161titu. Dovoljan je ulazni napon od svega nekoliko \u00b5V da se na izlazu poja\u010dala pojavi napon iznad 0,6 V koliki je prag vo\u0111enja diode BA213 i da ista bude polarizirana u propusnom smjeru. Negativna povratna veza sa diode BA213 pode\u0161ena je tako da izlazni napon iz poja\u010dala proporcionalno prati sve ulazne pozitivne napone, dakle za pozitivne poluperiode poja\u010dalo djeluje kao slijedilo napona. Ovdje je treba uo\u010diti \u010dinjenicu kako bi sama dioda bez poja\u010dala propu\u0161tala samo pozitivne napone ve\u0107e od 0,6 V \u0161to je neprihvatljivo jer ulazni napon za ADD3701CCN mora biti u rasponu 0-1 V sa \u0161to finijom rezolucijom napona u cijelom tom naponskom opsegu. U kombinaciji sa poja\u010dalom pak dioda propu\u0161ta ve\u0107 kod ulaznih napona reda nekoliko \u00b5V te takav sklop mo\u017eemo smatrati (gotovo) idealnim ispravlja\u010dem. U trenutku kad na ulaz poja\u010dala dolazi negativna poluperioda napona dioda je polarizirana u nepropusnom smjeru gdje je otpor iste reda stotinjak M\u2126.Takav otpor u krugu povratne veze uzrokuje veliko negativno naponsko poja\u010danje te se na izlazu ne\u0107e pojaviti nikakav napon.<\/p>\n<p>Opisano ispravlja\u010dko poja\u010dalo kakvo je ugra\u0111eno u Iskrine mjerne instrumente spada u najjednostavnija takva poja\u010dala koja imaju i neke nedostatke poput ograni\u010denog frekvencijskog opsega i mogu\u0107nost pojave male negativne komponente napona na izlazu ukoliko dioda nema izrazito velik otpor u nepropusnom smjeru. No za pogonske mjerene instrumente predvi\u0111ene za mre\u017enu frekvenciju 50 Hz vjerojatno nije isplativo dodavanje dodatnih elemenata (dioda i operacijskih poja\u010dala) kako bi se dobio \u0161to savr\u0161eniji mjerni ispravlja\u010d za \u0161irok opseg frekvencija, ve\u0107 se eventualna pojava negativnog napona u na\u0161em slu\u010daju se kompenzira trimer potenciometrom na DC OFFSET pinovima operacijskog poja\u010dala, a ulazna impedancija se prilago\u0111ava RC elementima preko kojih se uvodi ulazni napon. Izlazni signal mora biti \u0161to je mogu\u0107e vi\u0161e istosmjeran bez fluktuacija zaostalih od poluvalnog ispravljanja, a tu se kod Iskrinih instrumenata opet koristi najjednostavnije rje\u0161enje filtriranja pomo\u0107u RC elemenata. Uz to, \u010dini se da je izravni ulaz na komparator integriranog kruga ADD3701CCN (pin 11 \u2013 V filter) puno manje osjetljiv na fluktuacije napona nego standardni ulazi (pin 12 Vin- i pin 13 Vin+) koji idu preko sklopova za prepoznavanje polariteta priklju\u010denog napona, a \u0161to u kona\u010dnici kod izmjeni\u010dnih mjerenja i nije va\u017eno. Na plo\u010dici desno smje\u0161ten je mre\u017eni transformator, ispravlja\u010d i stabilizator referentnog napona i napona napajanja te PLL-om kontrolirani VCO koji slu\u017ei kao generator takta frekvencije oko 130 kHz. Ulazni analogni naponi u A\/D pretvara\u010de trebaju biti u opsegu \u00b10-2 V jer je u tom podru\u010dju pretvara\u010d linearan. Referentni napon za obje kombinacije iznosi 2 V. Kod ampermetara (LD110\/LD111) se kao takt generator koristi svestrani 555 (CA555CE), a kod voltmetra (LD120\/LD121) je to kombinacija PLL-a 4046 (MC14046BCP) i binarnog broja\u010da 4040 (MC14040BCP) dakle radi se o naponski kontroliranom oscilatoru (VCO) pomo\u0107u PLL petlje. Ovisno o ina\u010dici i proizvo\u0111a\u010du 555 u odre\u0111enim uvjetima mo\u017ee oscilirati i do 1 MHz, pa \u010dak i do 2 MHz, no za \u010dist i stabilan signal to su svakako pretjerane vrijednosti i najbolje ga je koristiti do frekvencija 100 kHz. Stoga se kod A\/D pretvara\u010daLD120\/LD121 za frekvenciju vi\u0161u od 100 kHz i\u0161lo na stabilniju kombinaciju sa VCO.<\/p>\n<p>Frekvenciju takta kod A\/D pretvara\u010da treba birati na na\u010din da mre\u017ena frekvencija (50 ili 60 Hz) ne do\u0111e u interferenciju sa niti jednom frekvencijom koju proizvodi A\/D pretvara\u010d. Pretvara\u010d LD110\/LD111 mo\u017ee raditi sa taktom u rasponu 2-250 kHz (ve\u0107i takt zna\u010di br\u017ee mjerenje ali manju preciznost), a najbolje frekvencije za izbjegavanje utjecaja frekvencije gradske mre\u017ee ra\u010dunaju se po formuli2048x50\/n gdje je n neki cijeli broj od 1-51. Pretvara\u010d\u00a0 LD120\/LD121 mo\u017ee raditi sa taktom u rasponu 50-250 kHza najbolje frekvencije za izbjegavanje utjecaja frekvencije gradske mre\u017ee ra\u010dunaju se po formuli 32768&#215;50\/n gdje je n neki cijeli broj od 8-40.<\/p>\n<p>Iz svega proizlazi da bi optimalna frekvencija za LD110\/LD111 bila oko 34,133kHz (n=3), a zaLD120\/LD121 oko 163,840kHz (n=10). Kod Iskrinih ampermetara izmjerili smo frekvencije 30,12 kHz i 26,73 kHz, a kod voltmetara ne\u0161to vi\u0161e od 163 kHz. Ove frekvencije mogu se dodatno podesiti potenciometrom, no i ove vrijednosti daju dovoljan odmak od interferencije sa 50 Hz.<\/p>\n<p>Sami A\/D pretvara\u010di rade na principu \u201edual slope\u201c integracije kakvu smo detaljno opisali u objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2020\/06\/17\/digitalni-multimetar-systron-donner-7004a\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Digitalni multimetar Systron Donner 7004A<\/a>. Shema Iskrinih instrumenta sa A\/D pretvara\u010dima LD110\/LD111 i LD120\/LD121 ne razlikuje se od one prikazane u slu\u017ebenoj dokumentaciji proizvo\u0111a\u010da za te integrirane krugove pa ovdje prila\u017eemo te sheme. Na na\u0161im Iskrinim instrumentima otisnuti su datumi proizvodnje iz razdoblja 1983-1989. godine no nalazimo Iskrine kataloge u kojima nudi ove digitalne mjera\u010de i 20 godina kasnije.\u00a0 Danas se ove serije instrumenata vi\u0161e ne proizvode, no kad ih ve\u0107 imamo i ukoliko pove\u0107e dimenzije nisu problem ne vidimo razloga za\u0161to se ovi instrumenti ne bi iskoristili i u nekim dana\u0161njim elektroni\u010dkim ili elektri\u010dnim projektima.
