Stoga je ta dva audio kanala stereo signala potrebno me\u0111usobno kodirati (multipleksirati, stopiti) u jedan audio kanal koji \u0107e i dalje sadr\u017eavati potpune informacije oba kanala, tako da se u FM prijemniku takav kompozitni kodirani (enkodirani) signal mo\u017ee ponovno dekodirati u dva originalna nezavisna audio kanala.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a multipleksiranju. Kod stereo kodera SC 100 sasvim sigurno se koristi vremenski multipleks jer nalazimo integrirani krug 4066 (MC14066B) koji u sebi sadr\u017ei \u010detiri analogne sklopke. Naime metoda vremenskog multipleksa sastoji se u naizmjeni\u010dnom otipkavanju ili prekap\u010danju desnog i lijevog kanala odre\u0111enom frekvencijom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a (max-width: 1577px) 100vw, 1577px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Signali lijevog i desnog audio kanala prvo prolaze kroz filtre gdje se zbog ograni\u010dene \u0161irine modulacije frekvencijski opseg ograni\u010dava na 15 kHz te se dodatno uzdi\u017eu visoke tonske frekvencije (preemphasis 50 \u00b5s za pobolj\u0161anje odnosa signal-\u0161um kod FM oda\u0161iljanja). Ovi filtri smje\u0161teni su na plo\u010dici smje\u0161tenoj u liniji sa mjernim instrumentom i jasno se uo\u010davaju dvije identi\u010dne grupe filtra za lijevi i desni kanal. Ulazni kanali su elektri\u010dki izolirani (i impedancijski prilago\u0111eni) audio transformatorima za svaki kanal. Izvedba filtra je klasi\u010dna sa pasivnim RLC elementima gdje se za audio opseg frekvencija tra\u017ee zavojnice relativno velikog induktiviteta pa se redovito smje\u0161taju u feritne lon\u010di\u0107e. Danas se u audio filtrima uglavnom vi\u0161e ne koriste zavojnice, nego zamjenski krug sa operacijskim poja\u010dalom i RC elementima (gyrator) koji elektri\u010dki gledano simulira veliki induktivitet.<\/p>\n<p>Na plo\u010dici u sredini nalaze se tri integrirana kruga:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4027 (MC14027B) &#8211; dvostruki flip-flop<\/li>\n<li>4066 (MC14066B) &#8211; \u010detverostruka analogna elektroni\u010dka sklopka<\/li>\n<li>4060 (CD4060BCN) &#8211; frekvencijski broja\u010d\/djelitelj<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Na osnovu ovih integriranih krugova nacrtali smo principijelnu blok shemu stereo kodera koja se sasvim sigurno ne razlikuje puno od stvarne blok sheme na\u0161eg kodera SC 100. Stereo koder koji radi na principu vremenskog multipleksa mora imati stabilan generator dvije frekvencije: 38 kHz za naizmjeni\u010dno upravljanje dvjema elektroni\u010dkim sklopkama (svaka za jedan stereo kanal) i 19 kHz za frekvenciju pilota stereo signala. Ove frekvencije se u na\u0161em slu\u010daju dobivaju preko binarnog djelitelja 4060 \u010diji takt je kontroliran vanjskim kristalnim oscilatorom na 4864 kHz. Tako se lako dobiju frekvencije od 38 kHz (4864 kHz \/ 128) i 19 kHz (4864 kHz \/ 256). Me\u0111utim, u na\u0161em slu\u010daju koristi se samo pin-4 integriranog kruga 4060 gdje dobivamo dijeljenje sa 64, odnosno frekvenciju od 76 kHz, a ona se kasnije u flip-flopovima 4027 dijeli sa 2 i sa 4.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/elcom_sc100_16.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[8500]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8518 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/elcom_sc100_16.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1284\" height=\"566\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lijevi i desni audio signal nakon filtriranja (i poja\u010danja) dovode se svaki na po jednu elektroni\u010dku sklopku (4066) koje su protufazno upravljanje frekvencijom 38 kHz. Na izlazu iz sklopki dobivaju se uzorci lijevog i desnog audio kanala uzetih protufazno i u ritmu frekvencije 38 kHz. Istovremeno preko drugog flip-flopa dobivamo pilot frekvenciju od 19 kHz koja se zatim filtrira pojasnim kako bi se dobio \u010dist signal bez harmonika. Od velike va\u017enosti je da pilot frekvencija i frekvencija multipleksiranih audio kanala budu u fazi kako bi se kasnije kod dekodiranja postiglo \u0161to bolje razdvajanje dva audio kanala. Stoga se pilot frekvenciji dodaje filtar za mogu\u0107nost promjene (reguliranja) faze. Tako se u stupnju za zbrajanje (audio mikser) me\u0111usobno spajaju dva naizmjeni\u010dno propu\u0161tana signala lijevog i desnog audio kanala sa pilot frekvencijom u fazi. Na taj na\u010din dobiven multipleksirani signal propu\u0161ta se kroz niskopropusni filtar kojim se uklanjanju frekvencije vi\u0161e od 53 kHz nastale zbog prekap\u010danja te je isti spreman za modulaciju FM predajnika.<\/p>\n<p>Na plo\u010dici na\u0161eg stereo kodera osim navedenih komponenti nalazimo i jednu komponentu u okruglom metalnom TO-5 ku\u0107i\u0161tu sa oznakama SR1-12, IEVT-85. Na sli\u010dnu komponentu (SR1-12, IEVT-83) nai\u0161li smo u objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2019\/04\/25\/vhf-primopredajnici-riz-i-elting-2000-4000-8000\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">VHF primopredajnici RIZ i ELTING 2000, 4000, 8000<\/a> gdje smo zaklju\u010dili kako se radi o minijaturnom releju ili pin-diodama. Ovdje bi ovakva komponenta mogla slu\u017eiti za preklapanje audio kanala na mono ili stereo, pa sve upu\u0107uje da se radi o minijaturnom releju.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>UKV FM predajnik snage 15 W &#8211; ORFM 15<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ORFM 15 sastavljen je od pet sekcija me\u0111usobno izoliranih metalnim oklopima:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mre\u017eni transformator i napajanje<\/li>\n<li>limiter\/modulator<\/li>\n<li>PLL-om upravljani VCO, mje\u0161a\u010d ili umno\u017eiva\u010d frekvencije i pobudni VF stupanj<\/li>\n<li>VF poja\u010dalo<\/li>\n<li>antenski filtar harmonika<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bez elektri\u010dne sheme te\u0161ko \u0107emo doku\u010diti blok shemu ovog predajnika glede frekvencija PLL-a, VCO-a i eventualnih kasnijih stupnjeva mije\u0161anja ili umno\u017eavanja frekvencija prije nego se VF signal 88-108 MHz dovede na izlazno poja\u010dalo. No bez obzira na to dovoljno je ve\u0107 \u0161to imamo priliku zaviriti u doma\u0107u tehnologiju izrade jednog radio-difuznog predajnika iz 1970\/80-tih godina sa ranim primjerom PLL kontrole Kod AM i FM poja\u010dala za VF radio signale dovoljno je prenijeti samo informaciju o amplitudi ili frekvenciji signala u uskom podru\u010dju pa poja\u010dani signal mo\u017ee biti i donekle izobli\u010den. B-klasa poja\u010dala poja\u010dava samo jednu poluperiodu ulaznog izmjeni\u010dnog signala, pa takav izlazni signal nije cjelovit no i dalje sadr\u017ei informaciju o amplitudi i frekvenciji. S obzirom da poja\u010dalo radi samo tijekom jedne poluperiode korisnost je puno ve\u0107a od poja\u010dala u klasi A ili AB. Poja\u010dalo u C-klasi pak poja\u010dava samo dio jedne poluperiode ulaznog izmjeni\u010dnog signala iznad odre\u0111ene vrijednosti amplitude, pa radi u jo\u0161 kra\u0107im vremenskim intervalima \u010dime mu je korisnost jo\u0161 ve\u0107a. Signal iz poja\u010dala u C-klasi je vrlo izobli\u010den po amplitudi no i dalje sadr\u017ei informaciju o promjeni frekvencije. S obzirom da poja\u010dala u B i C klasi imaju veliku korisnost pogodna su za VF poja\u010dala snage gdje je efikasnost ili iskoristivost istog (\u010desto) jako bitna zbog \u0161to manje potro\u0161nje struje i \u0161to manje disipacije topline na aktivnim elementima poja\u010dala (tranzistori). No, s obzirom da poja\u010dala u B i C klasi poja\u010davaju samo jednu poluperiodu signala, drugu poluperiodu je potrebno na neki na\u010din rekonstruirati iz te jedne poja\u010dane poluperiode. To se posti\u017ee rezonantnim titrajnim krugom na izlazu iz poja\u010dala koji uskladi\u0161ti energiju tijekom prisutnosti poja\u010dane poluperiode i zatim je otpusti tijekom trajanja nedostaju\u0107e poluperiode. No s obzirom da titrajni krug mo\u017ee biti rezonantan samo na jednoj frekvenciji time se i rekonstrukcija signala najbolje vr\u0161i na toj jednoj frekvenciji. To kod radijskog AM i FM prijenosa nije problem jer se ionako radi samo sa jednom fiksnom nose\u0107om frekvencijom s minimalnom devijacijom kod FM prijenosa. Zato se poja\u010dala klase B i C koriste isklju\u010divo za VF radio poja\u010dala, odnosno \u010dista B-klasa vrlo rijetko jer se C-klasom posti\u017ee ve\u0107a korisnost. Samo poja\u010dalo smje\u0161teno je na velik srebrni aluminijski hladnjak dok je gotovo sve ostalo sklopovlje izvor napajanja, odnosno mre\u017eni transformator, ispravlja\u010d, filtar i stabilizator napona. Od ostalih sklopova ugra\u0111ena je samo plo\u010dica sa tiskanim usmjernim spre\u017enikom, odnosno senzorom za mjerenje direktne i reflektirane snage iz poja\u010dala, te plo\u010dica sa izlaznim filtrom harmonika.<\/p>\n<p>U tranzistorskom serijskom regulatoru napona koriste se dva paralelno spojena tranzistora 2N3055 svaki na svojem hladnjaku (driver je 2N3054) tako bi uva\u017eavaju\u0107i i veli\u010dinu transformatora iz ovakvog ispravlja\u010da mogli dobiti stabilnu struju do 10 A. Ove antene dizajnirane su za uporabu na frekvencijskom opsegu 88-110 MHz (VSWR max 1,5) i za snage predajnika do 400 W. Du\u017eina dipola je 1,42 m (1\/2 \u03bb). Ukoliko se na isti stup postavlja vi\u0161e vertikalnih dipola onda najmanji razmak izme\u0111u njih mora biti 1,1 m, odnosno 2,4 m izme\u0111u popre\u010dnih nosa\u010da koji su du\u017eine 1,1 m. Za radio difuzne predajnike obi\u010dno je cilj dobiti \u0161to vi\u0161e kru\u017eni dijagram zra\u010denja u horizontalnoj ravnini i dovoljno uzak dijagram u vertikalnom presjeku kako bi poja\u010danje (domet) u horizontalnim smjerovima bilo \u0161to ve\u0107e. Stoga se dipoli za radio difuzni FM postavljaju vertikalno kako bi se dobio horizontalni dijagram zra\u010denja vrlo blizu kru\u017enom (jedan vertikalni dipol ima dijagram zra\u010denja bubre\u017eastog oblika). Postavljanjem vi\u0161e dipola vertikalno jedan iznad drugog mo\u017ee se dobiti ve\u0107e poja\u010danje ili bolja kru\u017ena karakteristika zra\u010denja, ovisno o tome da li se isti na nose\u0107i stup postavljaju to\u010dno jedan iznad drugog ili su zakrenuti na osi nose\u0107eg stupa (180\u00b0 za dva dipola, 120\u00b0 za tri dipola itd.). To se obi\u010dno posti\u017ee transformatorima impedancije (tzv. Balun od engl. <strong>Bal<\/strong>anced-<strong>Un<\/strong>balanced) no kod simetri\u010dnih antena poput dipola ima i drugih na\u010dina prilagodbe. U na\u0161em slu\u010daju koristi se tzv. &#8220;samo-balansiraju\u0107i savijeni dipol sa integriranim balunom&#8221; gdje se radi o tehni\u010dki vrlo jednostavnom na\u010dinu prilagodbe kakav je patentirala tako\u0111er irska tvrtka Telecommunications Ltd. 1973. godine. Sastoji se u tome da se centralni dio gornjeg dijela dipola preko nose\u0107eg stupa spoji sa jednim krajem zavr\u0161etka donjeg dijela dipola i taj spoj dolazi na oplet (masu) 50-omskog koaksijalnog kabla. Spoj koaksijalnog kabela sa dipolom tvorni\u010dki je zaliven u vodonepropusnu smjesu. Voda (ki\u0161a, snijeg, led) na vanjskim antenama mo\u017ee naru\u0161iti elektri\u010dne karakteristike, odnosno pode\u0161enost antene, a pogotovo mo\u017ee do\u0107i do velikih degradacija pode\u0161enosti ako voda dospije na spojeve ili u unutra\u0161njost cijevi antena. Stoga, osim \u0161to su spojevi hermeti\u010dki zaliveni, na najni\u017eoj to\u010dki vertikalno postavljenog dipola izbu\u0161ena je rupica preko koje \u0107e istjecati voda (kondenzacija) ukoliko prodre u unutra\u0161njost cijevi. U na\u0161em slu\u010daju je ovaj vod produljen sa jo\u0161 6 metara koaksijalnog kabla RG213 koji ima iste karakteristike kao i URM67. Dva koaksijalna kabla spojena su preko N-konektora, a na zavr\u0161etak produ\u017eetka montiran je 7\/16 DIN antenski konektor kako bi odgovarao priklju\u010dku na antenskom razdjelniku za dvije antene. Ovi razdjelnici (eng. dividers\/spliters\/combiners) obi\u010dno se rade za paran broj antena kako bi se jednostavnije izjedna\u010dila ukupna impedancija svih antena u sustavu. Prilago\u0111ena je na impedanciju 50 \u2126 posebnim spojem na samom dipolu \u010dime se dobiva tzv. &#8220;samo-balansiraju\u0107i savijeni dipol sa integriranim balunom&#8221;. Zagreba\u010dka tvrtka ELCOM Electronic osim FM oda\u0161ilja\u010da, stereo kodera i poja\u010dala proizvodila je i srednjevalne radio difuzne oda\u0161ilja\u010de te drugu studijsku opremu za radio postaje (audio miksere, tonske pultove i sli\u010dno). Sasvim sigurno da proizvodi tvrtke ELCOM svojedobno nisu predstavljali top ure\u0111aje te vrste na svjetskoj (pa ni evropskoj) razini, no radilo se o (vi\u0161e ili manje) doma\u0107oj pameti, doma\u0107im dijelovima i kompletnoj doma\u0107oj proizvodnji pa samim time, kao i uva\u017eavaju\u0107i doma\u0107e poslovno-politi\u010dke standarde onog doba, ne trebamo biti previ\u0161e kriti\u010dni glede izgleda, dizajna i samih elektri\u010dnih karakteristika ovih ure\u0111aja.
