{"id":8559,"date":"2020-07-20T16:26:51","date_gmt":"2020-07-20T15:26:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/?p=8559"},"modified":"2020-12-27T18:56:44","modified_gmt":"2020-12-27T17:56:44","slug":"ampermetar-za-mjerenje-foto-struje-lmt-i-1000","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2020\/07\/20\/ampermetar-za-mjerenje-foto-struje-lmt-i-1000\/","title":{"rendered":"Ampermetar za mjerenje foto-struje LMT I 1000"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Danas je nabavljen ampermetar za mjerenje foto-struje (Iph metar) oznake Iph-Meter I 1000, proizvod njema\u010dke tvrtke LMT iz 1988. godine.<\/p>\n<p>Tvrtka LMT (Lichtmesstechnik GmbH Berlin) osnovana je 1974. godine te se bavi isklju\u010divo proizvodnjom i prodajom specijalnih profesionalnih mjernih i kalibracijskih instrumenta te ra\u010dunalnih softvera za fotometriju kao \u0161to su fotometri (svjetlomjeri), kolorimetri, spektroradiometri, goniofotometri, integriraju\u0107e sfere i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p>Mjera\u010di foto-struje su elektri\u010dki gledano izuzetno to\u010dni i osjetljivi ampermetri kojima se mogu mjeriti struje reda pA sa najve\u0107om pogre\u0161kom reda \u00b10,2 %. Na vi\u0161epolne priklju\u010dnice mogu\u0107e je spajanje termostatski stabiliziranih fotometrijskih glava te je na njih dovede i potreban napon. Osim tri ulazne priklju\u010dnice za senzore na\u0161 primjerak instrumenta ima dvije izlazne priklju\u010dnice sa izmjerenom vrijednosti u analognim i digitalnim obliku. Analogni signal sa mjernog poja\u010dala je u rangu 0-2 V, a digitalni signal je u BCD formi kodiranja. Priklju\u010dnica za digitalni izlaz je vi\u0161efunkcionalna tako da se preko nje mo\u017ee i daljinski upravljati mjernim instrumentom \u0161to uklju\u010duje i promjenu mjernih opsega.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Iph-Meter I 1000 mo\u017ee mjeriti ja\u010dine struje u rasponu 10 pA do 15 mA (10<sup>-11<\/sup> A do 1,5 x 10<sup>-2<\/sup> A). Brzina ADC-a je 5 mjerenja u sekundi. Kad se koristi automatski odabir mjernog podru\u010dja vrijeme prebacivanja na odgovaraju\u0107i mjerni opseg je 200 ms. Najve\u0107a pogre\u0161ka mjerenja je \u00b10,15 %. Vrijednosti se prikazuju na LCD displeju sa 4 \u00bd znamenke. \u00a0Dimenzije ku\u0107i\u0161ta su cca 480x140x330 mm, a te\u017eina je oko 4 kg.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a mo\u017eemo zaklju\u010diti da se sastoji se od slijede\u0107ih modula:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mjerno poja\u010dalo sa relejima za preklapanje i potenciometrima za kalibraciju mjernih opsega<\/li>\n<li>modul za ru\u010dni ili automatski odabir mjernog opsega, te za uklju\u010denje atenuatora<\/li>\n<li>ADC (analogno-digitalni pretvara\u010d) sa driverima za LCD displej<\/li>\n<li>LCD displeji i indikacije (4 \u00bd znamenki za prikaz vrijednosti, prikaz mno\u017eitelja, eksponeta i indikacija prekora\u010denja opsega kod ru\u010dnog odabira opsega)<\/li>\n<li>mre\u017eni ispravlja\u010d, filtar i stabilizator napona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/lmh_iph_meter_i1000_24.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[8559]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mjerno poja\u010dalo sa relejima za preklapanje i potenciometrima za kalibraciju mjernih opsega<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ampermetri za mjerenje vrlo malih struja naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se baziraju na principu pretvorbe ulazne struje u izlazni napon preko operacijskog poja\u010dala, gdje su naponi i struje na ulazima operacijskog poja\u010dala uvijek jednaki nuli, a sva ulazna struja se vodi na negativnu povratnu vezu poja\u010dala. S obzirom da su naponi i struje na ulazima operacijskog poja\u010dala jednaki nuli onda se ti ulazi mogu promatrati kao kratki spoj, odnosno kao prividni ili virtualni kratki spoj (koncept virtualnog uzemljenja). Na taj na\u010din ampermetar prakti\u010dno ne utje\u010de na mjerni krug (nema unutarnju potro\u0161nju) jer je prolazni otpor nula oma. Ovakvim poja\u010dalom bez problema se posti\u017ee izlazni napon od 1 V ve\u0107 kod ulazne struje od svega 1 \u00b5A pa su stoga vrlo pogodna za izradu osjetljivih ampermetara gdje se analogni izlazni napon mo\u017ee izravno dovesti na ADC. Drugi (izravni) na\u010din mjerenja struje pomo\u0107u ovakvog operacijskog poja\u010dala je da se serijski u liniju povratne veze spoji ampermetar. Za osjetljive precizne ampermetre biraju se operacijska poja\u010dala sa vrlo velikim linearnim poja\u010danjima, vrlo malim ulaznim bias strujama i vrlo malim izlaznim offset naponima, a u na\u0161em slu\u010daju to su OP41FJ i OP77EJ.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/lmh_iph_meter_i1000_25.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[8559]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8583 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/lmh_iph_meter_i1000_25.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"564\" height=\"385\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mjerno poja\u010dalo ima na prednjoj plo\u010di izvedena dva potenciometra za kalibraciju nule operacijskog poja\u010dala. Naponska kalibracija U-Zero koristi se izjedna\u010davanje napona na neinvertiraju\u0107em ulazu poja\u010dala sa nulom, kako bi bio na istom potencijalu nule kao i uzemljeni invertiraju\u0107i ulaz (vidi shemu). Strujna kalibracija pak se koristi samo kod foto-multiplikatora i sli\u010dnih foto elemenata kod kojih je mogu\u0107a pojava neke struje i kad uop\u0107e nisu osvjetljeni, odnosno kad se nalaze u potpunom mraku (eng. dark-current). Te struje mogu nastati zbog toplinske emisije elektrona iz fotokatode, struje curenja izme\u0111u dinoda, kao i zalutalog visokoenergetskog zra\u010denja, elektronskog \u0161uma i sli\u010dno. Tako\u0111er, za svaki mjerni opseg ugra\u0111en je fini vi\u0161eokretni trimer potenciometar za kalibraciju.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Modul za ru\u010dni ili automatski odabir mjernog opsega, te za uklju\u010denje atenuatora<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj modul bazira se na mikrokontroleru koji vjerojatno preko ADC pretvara\u010da analizira vrijednost ulaznog analognog signala iz mjernog poja\u010dala, te na osnovu digitalnog koda koji dobiva preko sklopki za kodiranje Range i Attenuator izra\u010dunava i \u0161alje digitalni signal za okidanje adekvatnog releja za odabir mjernog opsega. Vrlo vjerojatno da ovaj mikrokontroler istovremeno upravlja LED displejom za prikaz odgovaraju\u0107eg eksponenta (od -2 do -7) koji zapravo predstavlja mjerni opseg. Na taj na\u010din je izmjerena veli\u010dina prikazana izravno u amperima. Kao \u0161to smo ve\u0107 opisali u objavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crowave.com\/blog\/2020\/07\/11\/digitalni-panel-metri-iskra-odp01xx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Digitalni panel-metri Iskra \u00d8DP01xx<\/a> frekvencija takta odabire se po principu \u0161to je ve\u0107i takt to je br\u017ei ADC ali i manja preciznost, no istu tako\u0111er treba odabrati tako da frekvencije koje pri tome nastaju u procesu ADC konverzije \u0161to manje rezoniraju sa frekvencijom gradske mre\u017ee 50 Hz kako bi sprije\u010dile ne\u017eeljene smetnje i \u0161umovi. Za integrirani krug SI7135CJ najotpornije na smetnje su frekvencije koje daje takt izra\u010dunat po formuli 500\/N, gdje je N broj mjerenja u sekundi. Na\u0161 ADC ima brzinu od 5 mjerenja u sekundi pa je najpovoljniji takt frekvencije 100 kHz koji se dobiva pomo\u0107u programabilnog kristalnog oscilatora PXO-1000. U PXO seriju programabilnih kristalnih oscilatora mo\u017ee biti ugra\u0111eno 5 razli\u010ditih kristala \u010dime se dijeljenjem dobivaju i razli\u010dite frekvencije. Tijekom proizvodnje prvo se izra\u0111uju integrirani krugovi koji sadr\u017ee samo sklopovlje djelitelja, a zatim se dodaje jedan od pet raspolo\u017eivih kristalnih oscilatora.
