U 1980-tim godinama Gitacord je pro\u0161irio proizvodni program na linijske sustave ozvu\u010denja za potrebe \u0161kola, hotela, crkava i sli\u010dno te je postao poznata doma\u0107a marka proizvo\u0111a\u010da audio poja\u010dala i zvu\u010dnika. Dio tiskanih plo\u010dica je iz pertinaksa, a dio iz vitroplasta, neke imaju tiskane veze, a neke su sa \u017ei\u010danim spojevima, koaksijalne veze izme\u0111u plo\u010dica izvedene su vrlo neuredno. Filtarski elektrolitski kondenzator napajanja i elektrolitski kondenzator koji blokira istosmjernu komponentu izlaznog signala prema zvu\u010dnicima pri\u010dvr\u0161\u0107eni su improviziranom komadom lima za \u0161asiju (vjerojatno se ne radi o originalnim elektrolitima), ve\u0107ina tranzistora na svim plo\u010dicama je vi\u0161e puta mijenjanja (mogu\u0107e radi eksperimentiranja), veze mre\u017enog napajanja su prerezane&#8230; Ukupno gledano te\u0161ko je sa sigurno\u0161\u0107u utvrditi koje su komponente poja\u010dala originalne, a \u0161to su naknadne preinake i dodaci. Radi lak\u0161eg snala\u017eenja napravili smo osnovnu blok shemu spojeva unutar poja\u010dala. \u00a0\u00a0<\/em> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/gitacord_50s_high_fidelity_de_luxe_01.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[8935]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8936 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/gitacord_50s_high_fidelity_de_luxe_01.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1353\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\"><em>Vidimo kako je zapravo rije\u010d o mono poja\u010dalu koje na ulaznom dijelu ima odvojena dva kanala, jedan sa tri i drugi sa dva ulaza. Mo\u017eda bi bilo zgodnije da svaki ulaz ima svoj potenciometar za ja\u010dinu i da se na taj na\u010din napravi ne\u0161to bolji ulazni audio mikser.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na ulaznom dijelu nalaze se pretpoja\u010dala sa po dva NPN tranzistora. Ono \u0161to odmah vidimo to je da je kolektor prvog tranzistora izravno vezan sa bazom drugog tranzistora \u0161to zna\u010di da je rije\u010d o dvostupanjskom poja\u010dalu sa izravnom vezom. To zna\u010di da \u0107e se sa prvog stupnja poja\u010danja na drugi stupanj poja\u010danja prenositi kompletni signal sa svojom izmjeni\u010dnom i istosmjernom komponentom. Ovakvo poja\u010dalo ima neke prednosti i neke nedostatke. Prednosti su \u0161to se izravnom vezom (bez veznih kapaciteta) posti\u017ee bolja frekvencijska karakteristika na ni\u017eim frekvencijama (gdje sam kapacitet ima veliki otpor-impedanciju), a dobiva se i ne\u0161to bolje poja\u010danje. Najve\u0107i nedostatak je \u0161to prvi stupanj u slu\u010daju promjene istosmjerne komponente izlaznog signala izravno utje\u010de na prednapone, odnosno radnu to\u010dku drugog stupnja \u0161to mo\u017ee izazvati ne\u017eeljen i nestabilan rad drugog stupnja poja\u010danja. Stoga je kod izravno vezanih stupnjeva poja\u010dala potrebno precizno izra\u010dunati vrijednosti otpornika za prednapone tranzistora i izvesti dobru negativnu povratnu vezu za automatsku kompenzaciju mogu\u0107ih nastanaka promjene ja\u010dine struje kroz prvi tranzistor (naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e uzrokovano temperaturnim utjecajem).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/gitacord_50s_high_fidelity_de_luxe_14.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[8935]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8949 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/gitacord_50s_high_fidelity_de_luxe_14.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1728\" height=\"1152\" srcset=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/gitacord_50s_high_fidelity_de_luxe_14.jpg 1728w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/gitacord_50s_high_fidelity_de_luxe_14-300x200.jpg 300w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/gitacord_50s_high_fidelity_de_luxe_14-768x512.jpg 768w, http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/gitacord_50s_high_fidelity_de_luxe_14-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1728px) 100vw, 1728px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #00ffff;\"><em>Dva jednaka ulazna pretpoja\u010dala sa po dva tranzistora smje\u0161tena su na istoj tiskanoj plo\u010dici. \u010cini se da je na plo\u010dici pretpoja\u010dala ra\u0111eno najmanje preinaka, no jasno se isti\u010de da su zamijenjeni izlazni audio kondenzatori (vertikalno montirani elektroliti sa crnim ku\u0107i\u0161tem ITT 4,7\u00b5F\/63V). Prva je klasi\u010dna negativna povratna veza (crveno ozna\u010deni otpornici) gdje se uzima dio izlaznog signala (poja\u010danja) i vra\u0107a ga na emiter prvog tranzistora preko djelitelja napona sa otpornicima 33 k\u2126 i 220 \u2126 \u010dime bi se prema izra\u010dunu poja\u010danje trebalo odr\u017eavati na oko 151 puta. Zbog opisane izravne veze stupnjeva poja\u010danja nu\u017ena je i druga povratna veza (zeleno ozna\u010deni otpornici) kako se istosmjerne gre\u0161ke, odnosno promjene struje i napona na prvom tranzistoru ne bi prenosile i na drugi tranzistor s obzirom da spoj izme\u0111u njih nije odvojen kondenzatorom. Ukoliko primjerice napon baze prvog tranzistora iz bilo kojeg razloga po\u010dne rasti onda \u0107e mu kolektorski napon po\u010deti padati. S obzirom da je kolektor prvog tranzistora izravno vezan na bazu drugog tranzistora to \u0107e pad struje prvog tranzistora izravno utjecati i na pad struje kroz drugi tranzistor, pa \u0107e time pasti i napon na to\u010dki spoja otpornika 220 \u2126 i 2,2 k\u2126. Kod ovakvih filtara na ulaznom dijelu je obi\u010dno tranzistorski stupanj spojen kao emitersko slijedilo kako bi zbog malog ulaznog otpora filtarska grana bila \u0161to efikasnija. Drugi tranzistor radi kao aktivno poja\u010dalo, a frekvencijski filtri nalaze se u krugu njegove negativne povratne veze. Na taj na\u010din se kod aktivnih filtara vi\u0161e ili manje poja\u010davaju odre\u0111ene frekvencije koje propu\u0161ta filtar, dok se za razliku od njih kod pasivnih filtara te frekvencije vi\u0161e ili manje prigu\u0161uju. Ve\u0107inom su bili dobavljivi NPN tranzistori, dok su PNP tranzistori bili puno rje\u0111i, skuplji i lo\u0161ijeg frekvencijskog odziva od NPN tranzistora. S obzirom da je bilo vrlo te\u0161ko prona\u0107i komplementarni par sna\u017enih izlaznih tranzistora (PNP\/NPN) poja\u010dala su se radila kao kvazi-komplementarna (polu-komplementarna) gdje se komplementarni par tranzistora manje snage koristio kao okreta\u010d faze za nesimetri\u010dni izlazni stupanj sa jednakim (NPN) sna\u017enim izlaznim tranzistorima. Kod takvih poja\u010dala komplementarni tranzistori zapravo rade samo kao emiterska slijedila koja bazama izlaznih tranzistora dovode protufazne napone. Najve\u0107i problem kod takvih poja\u010dala je nesimetrija koja uzrokuje pojavu istosmjernog napona na izlazu, a rje\u0161avanje problema nesimetrije \u010desto uzrokuje porast harmoni\u010dnih izobli\u010denja poja\u010dala. Naravno, ovakva poja\u010dalima potrebno je i osigurati dobru temperaturnu kompenzaciju preko negativnih povratnih veza.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161e izlazno poja\u010dalo je na o\u010digled pretrpjelo puno popravaka, eksperimentiranja i mogu\u0107e izmjene vrijednosti nekih komponenti. Stoga ovdje ne\u0107emo iscrtavati originalnu shemu na osnovu na\u0161e tiskane plo\u010dice ali kako primjer mo\u017eemo prilo\u017eiti jednu vrlo sli\u010dnu shemu iz istog vremenskog razdoblja. Naime, ukoliko se pogledaju sheme audio poja\u010dala snage cca 40-100 W iz 1970-tih godina namijenjene za ne previ\u0161e zahtjevnu samogradnju ili za ugradnju u razna tvorni\u010dka jeftina gitarska poja\u010dala ili izlazne stupnjeve kakvih linijskih komponenti, gotovo uvijek \u0107emo nai\u0107i na jednaki dizajn kvazi-komplementarnog izlaznog stupnja koji pogoni legendarne tranzistore 2N3055, koji u 1970-tim godinama gotovo nisu imali nikakvu konkurenciju glede odnosa njihove cijene i performansi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/gitacord_50s_high_fidelity_de_luxe_02.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[8935]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8937 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/gitacord_50s_high_fidelity_de_luxe_02.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"975\" height=\"540\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tranzistor T1 radi kao pretpoja\u010dalo. Otpornici R3 i R4 odre\u0111uju radnu to\u010dku tranzistora, a R7 je za temperaturnu kompenzaciju tranzistora pri \u010demu C12 blokira stvaranje negativne povratne sprege preko tog otpornika. Otporni\u010dki djelitelj sa R2 i R5 te filtarski kondenzator C2 osiguravaju stabilan napona napajanja tranzistora (ovo je moglo biti rije\u0161eno i sa zener-diodom) koji se uvodi preko radnog otpornika R6.<\/p>\n<p>Poja\u010dani signal s prvog stupnja preko kondenzatora C3 (propu\u0161tanje samo izmjeni\u010dne komponente signala) dovodi se na drugi stupanj poja\u010danja sa tranzistorom T2. Radna to\u010dka ovog tranzistora namje\u0161ta se potenciometrom P2 koji sa otpornicima R8 i R9 \u010dini djelitelj napona i isti se podesi tako da je napon u to\u010dki spoja otpornika R16 i R17 jednak polovici vrijednosti napona napajanja (U+). Kondenzatorom C4 blokira se povratna veza signala koji bi se sa izlaza poja\u010dala preko P2 i R8 mogao vratiti na bazu tranzistora T2. Negativna povratna veza sa izlaza poja\u010dala na bazu T2 se tako ostvaruje samo preko \u00a0grane sa R13 u kojoj C8 blokira istosmjernu komponentu signala, a C7 odre\u0111uje frekvencijsku karakteristiku povratne veze. Radni otpor tranzistora T2 \u010dine svi elementi u lancu od to\u010dke napajanja do kolektora (R11, R12, P3, D1, D2), a C6 (bootstrep kondenzator) olak\u0161ava pobudu izlaznih tranzistora za vrijeme pozitivne poluperiode. Pomo\u0107u P3 namje\u0161ta se radna to\u010dka izlaznog stupnja (struja mirovanja).<\/p>\n<p>Kao \u0161to smo ve\u0107 rekli, T3 i T4 su komplementarni par tranzistora koji pobu\u0111uju baze izlaznih tranzistora T5 i T6. Izlazni tranzistori bi trebali biti upareni (istih karakteristika poja\u010danja) tako da se nesimetrija i izobli\u010denje poja\u010dala svede na najmanju mjeru. Otpornici R16 i R17 slu\u017ee za temperaturnu stabilizaciju izlaznih tranzistora. To su redovno otpornici malih vrijednosti i ve\u0107e snage (u na\u0161em slu\u010daju 0,47\u2126 \/ 4W) te se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e izvode kao \u017ei\u010dani otpornici. Ukoliko se \u017eeli pove\u0107ati snaga poja\u010dala paralelnim dodavanjem dodatnih parova izlaznih tranzistora, onda se i njima trebaju ugraditi ovi otpornici za temperaturnu stabilizaciju. Izlazna RC kombinacija C9 i R18 slu\u017ei za prigu\u0161enje najvi\u0161ih frekvencija, a izlazni kondenzator C10 i ovdje slu\u017ei za odvajanje istosmjerne komponente napona i propu\u0161tanje samo izmjeni\u010dne komponente poja\u010danog signala. Ovaj kondenzator je obi\u010dno ve\u0107eg kapaciteta (barem 2200 \u00b5F) kako bi se uspje\u0161no propustile i najni\u017ee audio frekvencije. Osnovna prednost tranzistora 2N3055 izra\u0111enog u novijoj tehnologiji je ve\u0107a grani\u010dna frekvencija \u010dime se posti\u017eu i bolje performanse u audio poja\u010dalima. Osim RCA ovaj tranzistor je proizvodio i veliki broj drugih proizvo\u0111a\u010da, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i na\u0161e biv\u0161e tvornice Ei i RIZ. Glede elektri\u010dnih karakteristika osim standardne ina\u010dice za max Vce 60V postoji i ina\u010dica za maksimalni napon Vce od 100 V (2N2055HV). Tranzistor 2N3055 danas ima i svoj komplementarni par oznake MJ2955, no sve manje se koristi zbog \u0161iroke ponude drugih sli\u010dnih tranzistora. Oznaka 8M na ku\u0107i\u0161tu tranzistora vjerojatno je kodna oznaka datuma proizvodnje, prosinac 1968. godine.<\/em> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Danas se u audio pretpoja\u010dalima uglavnom koriste operacijska poja\u010dala, a u izlaznim stupnjevima razna gotova integrirana\/hibridna rje\u0161enja \u0161to uvelike pojednostavljuje i pojeftinjuje gradnju poja\u010dala jer bi za diskretnu izvedbu poja\u010dala istih karakteristika bilo potrebno ugraditi nekoliko desetaka razli\u010ditih tranzistora sa svim popratnim elementima za stabilizaciju njihovih radnih to\u010dki i me\u0111usobno povezivanje stupnjeva u cjelinu. Poja\u010dalo Gitacord kvalitetom gradnje kao i kvalitetom zvuka vjerojatno ne opravdava u potpunosti svoj zvu\u010dni naziv &#8220;high fidelity de luxe&#8221; \u010dak ni za kriterije iz 1970-tih godina. Istina da smo mi na\u0161 primjerak zatekli u prili\u010dno devastiranom stanju, no ukupno gledano ovo poja\u010dalo vi\u0161e li\u010di na neki uradak kakvog elektroni\u010dara amatera sa ograni\u010denim bud\u017eetom i skromnim kapacitetima radione nego na jedan tvorni\u010dki ure\u0111aj tako zvu\u010dnog naziva. Naravno da treba biti svjestan trendova 1970-tih godina kada je svaki omladinac sanjao osnovati ili barem postati \u010dlan nekog muzi\u010dkog benda, a poja\u010dala, zvu\u010dnici, gitare i ostala oprema \u010dak i najskromnijih mogu\u0107nosti nije bila ni previ\u0161e jeftina ni previ\u0161e dostupna. Stoga imati u to vrijeme 2-kanalno Gitacor poja\u010dalo snage 50 W sa pet ulaza i dva izlaza uop\u0107e ne zvu\u010di lo\u0161e, pa makar ni ulazi ni kanali nisu ba\u0161 sasvim nezavisni.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161 primjerak Gitacord poja\u010dala mogao bi biti odli\u010dan restauracijski projekt za nekog elektroni\u010dara po\u010detnika koji se ima volje koristiti lemilicom i koji uz prakti\u010dan rad \u017eeli savladati tehnike izrade audio i oslalih elektroni\u010dkih sklopova. Filtarski kondenzator je kao \u0161to se vidi na slikama improvizirano pri\u010dvr\u0161\u0107en za \u0161asiju skupa sa elektrolitskim kondenzatorom izlaznog audio signala (2000\u00b5F\/50V). Oba elektrolita su neoriginalna i vjerojatno samo pribli\u017eno odgovaraju originalnim vrijednostima.
