Tako su se prvi voltmetri i ampermetri po\u010deli isporu\u010divani industrijskim tvrtkama diljem Austrougarskog carstva, a uskoro je proizvodni program pro\u0161iren i na laboratorijske instrumente, ispitiva\u010de izolacije te transformatore koji su se prodavali na tr\u017ei\u0161tima zapadne Europe, Rusije, Azije, pa \u010dak i Australije. Vojni ugovori tijekom 1. svjetskog rata tako\u0111er su doprinijeli razvoju i \u0161irenju proizvodnje, no nakon rata nastaje kriza pa je tvrtka da bi opstala jedno razdoblje proizvodila i kuhinjske vage. Od 1920-tih godina tvrtka se ponovno oporavlja i \u0161iri proizvodnju na zahtjevne i slo\u017eenije mjerne instrumente, a poseban uspjeh postignut je na mjernim instrumentima i automatskim sustavima upravljanja parnim kotlovima te na mjernim instrumentima koji su se koristili u tvornicama, elektranama, laboratorijima, na brodovima i u sustavima distribucije elektri\u010dne energije. Erich Rou\u010dky je tijekom svog \u017eivota registrirao oko 850 patenata, a neki mjerni instrumenti iz tog razdoblja nose njegove inicijale &#8220;ER&#8221;. Godine 1934. Roucka je prodao svoju firmu u Blanskom, a novi vlasnik Robert Sochor nastavio je s proizvodnjom mjernih instrumenata koji su se koristili u podru\u010djima energetike, industrije, strojarstva, istra\u017eivanja i obrazovanja. Nakon 2. svjetskog rata i nacionalizacije 1948. godine osnovano je poduze\u0107e METRA BLANSKO, a uslijedio je vrlo dinami\u010dan tehni\u010dki razvoj proizvodnje mjernih instrumenata i opreme, posebno na polju laboratorijskih instrumenata, etalona i instrumenata za mjerenje otpora. Tvrtka Metra Blansko danas posluje u sklopu investicijske grupe Blue Elephant \u2013 BEC Investment te i dalje proizvodi razli\u010dite elektri\u010dne mjerene instrumente i ure\u0111aje.<\/p>\n<p>S obzirom na natpise na njema\u010dkom jeziku i oznake &#8220;ER&#8221; na skali i R. Sochor Blanz na pole\u0111ini instrumenta, na\u0161 primjerak ommetra Omega I sasvim sigurno datira iz razdoblja do 1945. godine, a mogu\u0107e i iz razdoblja kad je tvrtka jo\u0161 bila u vlasni\u0161tvu Ericha Roucke. Ovaj jednostavni mjerni most opisali smo u nekoliko na\u0161ih objava (ISKRA NL 024, ISKRA NL 0120, Omega III) pa se ovdje vi\u0161e ne\u0107emo ponavljati. Umjesto toga nacrtali smo elektri\u010dnu shemu instrumenta Omega I gdje se vidi jo\u0161 jedan primjer prakti\u010dne izvedbe Wheatstoneovog mosta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/omega1_01.gif\" rel=\"lightbox[9063]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9080 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/crowave.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/omega1_01.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"592\" height=\"771\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Unato\u010d starosti na\u0161 instrument je vizualno sa\u010duvan u dosta dobrom stanju. Me\u0111utim, mehanizam sklopke za odabir mjernih podru\u010dja je bio potpuno blokiran. Ovo se dogodilo zbog nastanka hr\u0111e na \u017eeljeznoj osovini sklopke koja je tijesno polo\u017eena u mjedeno le\u017ei\u0161te. Osigura\u010d osovine tako\u0111er je zahvatila hr\u0111a te je rastavljanje sklopke kako bi se moglo otvoriti ku\u0107i\u0161te instrumenta bilo nemogu\u0107e izvesti bez bru\u0161enja i upotrebe mehani\u010dke sile, odnosno izbijanja ostataka osigura\u010da i same osovine sklopke iz le\u017ei\u0161ta. Osim osovine i osigura\u010da hr\u0111a je zahvatila malu oprugu i kuglicu koje \u010dine mehanizam za zadr\u017eavanje sklopke na odre\u0111enoj poziciji te je i ovo bilo potrebno izbiti iz bakelitnog le\u017ei\u0161ta. Metalni dio baterijske sklopke tako\u0111er je trebalo o\u010distiti od hr\u0111e. Ukupno gledano sve ovo su male naslage hr\u0111e na pojedinim metalnim dijelovima instrumenta no s obzirom da su svi pokretni elementi tijesno montirani u svoja le\u017ei\u0161ta i to je bilo dovoljno da sklopke za mjerene opsege i uklju\u010divanje napajanja ne funkcioniraju.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon \u0161to smo izvr\u0161ili mehani\u010dke popravke prona\u0161li smo da su tri mjerna otpornika u prekidu (45\u2126, 450\u2126 i 4500\u2126). Tako\u0111er, kliza\u010d nije dobro nasjedao na mjernu \u017eicu, a osim toga spoj kliza\u010da unutar mjernog mosta bio je u prekidu. Mjernu \u017eicu smo lako doveli ponovno u funkciju, no ponovno namatanje otpornika znatno bi naru\u0161ilo originalnost ovog gotovo sto godina starog instrumenta. Danas su lako dobavljivi gotovi precizni slojni otpornici navedenih vrijednosti i mo\u017eda bi bilo najbolje iste diskretno zalemiti paralelno uz progorene \u017ei\u010dane otpornike. Ovi otpornici nisu mogli pregorjeti uz baterijsko napajanje. Vidimo i dva mala kalibracijska otpronika preko koje su krajevi mjerne \u017eice spojeni na odgovaraju\u0107u granu mjernog mosta. Time je gre\u0161ka zbog o\u010ditanja skale prakti\u010dno isklju\u010dena. Kod otporni\u010dkih mjernih mostova sa galvanometrom (Wheatstoneov, Thomsonov) preciznost ne ovisi o naponu i struji napajanja ve\u0107 isklju\u010divo samo o to\u010dnosti ugra\u0111enih mjernih otpornika. Otpornici su redovito \u017ei\u010dani, odnosno od materijala koji ima vrlo mali temperaturni koeficijent, koji ne mijenja otpor uslijed mehani\u010dkih naprezanja (tre\u0161nje, udarci i sl.) i koji zadr\u017eava konstantnost otpora kroz dugo vremensko razdoblje (desetlje\u0107a).
