Kod potpuno napunjene \u0107elije napon mo\u017ee iznositi do 2,16V dok je minimalni dozvoljeni napon prazne \u0107elije 1,8V. Ukoliko se \u0107elija ostane ispra\u017enjena ispod toga napona dolazi do stvaranja kemijskih procesa koji istu trajno o\u0161te\u0107uju.<\/p>\n<p>Akumulatori za automobile po\u010deli su se proizvoditi u 1920-tim godinama i imali su nazivni napon od 6V (tri olovne \u0107elije spojene u seriju). Razvojem automobila sa sve sna\u017enijim motorima i porastom broja elektri\u010dnih ure\u0111aja na istima ukazala se potreba za akumulatorima ve\u0107eg napona i snage tako da se od sredine 1950-tih godina masovno po\u010delo prelaziti na akumulatorske sisteme od 12V (\u0161est olovnih \u0107elija spojenih u seriju). Naravno, u neka ve\u0107a vozila i radne strojeve ugra\u0111ivani su akumulatorski sistemi za napajanje vi\u0161im naponima (24V) dok neki dana\u0161nji automobili (posebice hibridi) ve\u0107 imaju elektri\u010dne instalacije sa sistemom napajanja od 42V (Li-Ion akumulatori).<\/p>\n<p>Kao \u0161to vidimo svi na\u0161i testeri akumulatora predvi\u0111eni su za ispitivanje akumulatora \u0107eliju po \u0107eliju (mjerni raspon 0-3 V), odnosno nikako ih ne mo\u017eemo koristiti za testiranje ukupnog sistema spojenih \u0107elija od 6 ili 12 V. Stoga akumulator kojeg testiramo mora biti izveden sa vanjskim (dostupnim) spojnicama koje me\u0111usobno povezuju njegove \u0107elije, odnosno svaka \u0107elija mora imati izvode svojih elektroda dostupne na vanjskom ku\u0107i\u0161tu. Ovakvi akumulatori na\u010delno se su se proizvodili negdje do 1960-tih godina, nakon \u010dega su ve\u0107 gotovo svi automobilski akumulatori na vanjskom dijelu imali izvedena samo dva krajnja kontakta, dok su spojevi izme\u0111u \u0107elija ostali nedostupni unutar plasti\u010dnog ku\u0107i\u0161ta akumulatora. Na\u0161im testerima mogu se dakle provjeravati samo tipovi akumulatora sa \u0107elijama spojenima na vanjskom dijelu ku\u0107i\u0161ta.<\/p>\n<p>Svaki akumulator (kao i bilo koja druga baterija) ima svoj nazivni napon, kapacitet i maksimalnu struju koju mo\u017ee isporu\u010diti. Obi\u010dno se navodi samo podatak o tzv. startnoj struji ili struji hladnog starta, a to je maksimalna struja koju akumulator mo\u017ee kontinuirano davati tijekom intervala od 30 sekundi i to na vanjskoj temperaturi od -18\u00b0C, a da pri tome napon ne padne ispod 1,2 V po \u0107eliji. Na\u0161i testeri zapravo samo testiraju sposobnost davanja te startne struje akumulatora. Ovakvo mjerenje mo\u017ee dati neku grubu sliku o op\u0107em stanju akumulatora, no na ovaj na\u010din se nikako ne mo\u017ee dobiti to\u010dan podatak o (preostalom) kapacitetu akumulatora \u0161to je tako\u0111er vrlo va\u017eni podatak o pogonskom stanju i upotrebljivosti akumulatora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kod ispitivanja stanja olovnih akumulatora treba znati slijede\u0107e:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mjerenje napona na akumulatoru u praznom hodu je samo pokazatelj njegove trenutne istro\u0161enosti (ukoliko je ispravan), no nije pokazatelj njegovog trenutnog uporabnog stanja, odnosno njegovog preostalog kapaciteta. Potpuno napunjen akumulator daje 2,16 V po \u0107eliji, potpuno prazan akumulator ima 1,8 V po \u0107eliji. Ako je napon u praznom hodu ni\u017ei od 1,8 V akumulator je vjerojatno ve\u0107 prili\u010dno o\u0161te\u0107en i nije siguran za upotrebu.<\/li>\n<li>Mjerenjem (pada) napona na akumulatoru pod kratkotrajnim optere\u0107enjem ispitujemo njegovu sposobnost odr\u017eavanja startne struje. Startna struja kod automobilskih akumulatora je va\u017ean podatak jer pokazuje da li je akumulator sposoban elektropokreta\u010du (starteru, anlaseru) kratkotrajno dati dovoljnu struju da ima snagu za pokretanje paljenja motora \u0161to je u kona\u010dnici i glavna namjena akumulatora.<\/li>\n<li>Kapacitet akumulatora (Ah) je sposobnost akumulatora da opskrbljuje tro\u0161ila odre\u0111enom strujom kroz odre\u0111eno vrijeme. Ovo je posebno va\u017eno za automobile kod kojih neka elektri\u010dna tro\u0161ila konstantno rade i kad je motor uga\u0161en. Za mjerenje kapaciteta akumulatora potrebno je potpuno napuniti akumulator, a zatim ga kontrolirano prazniti odre\u0111enom strujom i mjeriti vrijeme pra\u017enjenja. Struja se mora stalno pratiti na ampermetru i \u010dim po\u010dne njeno opadanje vrijeme mjerenja se zaustavlja. Tako\u0111er se mora pratiti i napon, te se mjerenje vremena zaustavlja \u010dim napon po \u0107eliji padne na 1,8V. Nakon toga se na osnovu struje pra\u017enjenja i izmjerenog vremena izra\u010duna stvarni kapacitet akumulatora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mjerenje kapaciteta akumulatora je dakle dugotrajno mjerenje i zahtijeva stalno pra\u0107enje dviju veli\u010dina (struje i napona). Danas postoje gotovi ure\u0111aji (punja\u010di) koji automatski provedu prvo ciklus punjenja (dopunjavanja) akumulatora do maksimuma. Nakon toga se pokre\u0107e ciklus pra\u017enjenja konstantnom strujom (u visini 1\/10 do 1\/20 nominalne struje akumulatora u Ah) pri \u010demu se mjeri vrijeme do ispra\u017enjenosti i na kraju izra\u010duna kapacitet (prikaz na displeju ili ispis). Slijedi tre\u0107i ciklus u kojem se ponovno akumulator puni na maksimalnu vrijednost tako da je spreman za rad. Ukoliko je u startu napon akumulatora manji od 1,8 V po \u0107eliji punja\u010di obi\u010dno ne\u0107e ni pokrenuti proces punjenja jer se akumulator smatra neispravnim. Tako\u0111er, specifi\u010dno za automobilske akumulatore uveden je i pojam &#8220;pri\u010duvnog kapaciteta&#8221; a to se odnosi na kapacitet pra\u017enjenja akumulatora ne do pune ispra\u017enjenosti nego do one ispra\u017enjenosti gdje akumulator ima jo\u0161 dovoljno snage za pokretanje elektropokreta\u010da motora.<\/p>\n<p>Za testiranje startne struje ili bolje re\u010deno startne sposobnosti akumulatora uobi\u010dajene su dvije metode: mjerenjem pada napona pod optere\u0107enjem i mjerenjem unutarnjeg otpora akumulatora.<\/p>\n<p>Unutarnji otpor akumulatora (kao i svih drugih baterija) je vrlo mali i mjeri se u miliohmima. \u0160to je unutarnji otpor manji to je akumulator u boljem stanju i mo\u017ee dati ve\u0107u struju. Testeri na principu mjerenja unutra\u0161njeg otpora, kao i svi mjera\u010di otpora, koriste indirektnu metodu po principu Ohmovog zakona (R = U \/ I). Mjeri se dakle napon i struja kako bi se izra\u010dunom dobila vrijednost otpora. Konkretno, na akumulator se po\u0161alje kratkotrajni istosmjerni strujni impuls to\u010dno odre\u0111ene ampera\u017ee te se u tom trenutku izmjeri pad napona na akumulatoru. Tako imamo elemente struje i napona za ra\u010dunanje unutarnjeg otpora. Strujni impuls koji \u0161alje mjerni ure\u0111aj mora biti ve\u0107e ampera\u017ee kako bi se mogla to\u010dnije izmjeriti mala vrijednost otpora, a to zna\u010di da je ova metoda donekle invazivna (o\u0161te\u0107uje akumulator) i mjerenje se mora vr\u0161iti sa odspojenim akumulatorom iz svih strujnih krugova. Neki bolji mjera\u010di rade sa slabom izmjeni\u010dnom mjernom strujom \u00a0(cca 1 kHz\/40 mV) pri \u010demu se mjeri impedancija odnosno fazna razlika koja nastaje izme\u0111u napona i povratne struje. Ovom metodom mo\u017ee se mjeriti unutarnji otpor akumulatora bez njegovog odspajanja iz sistema, no mjera\u010d mora imati relativno kompleksne mjerne krugove za mjerenje fazne razlike izmjeni\u010dnih signala \u0161to pove\u0107ava mogu\u0107nost pogre\u0161ke mjerenja i uslo\u017enjava \u010ditav mjerni sklop. Op\u0107enito gledano, kad se moraju mjeriti vrijednosti vrlo malih otpora puno faktora utje\u010de na pogre\u0161ku mjerenja, a najve\u0107i je otpor spojeva samih mjernih kablova te se nerijetko primjenjuje \u010detvero\u017ei\u010dni na\u010din spajanja. U kona\u010dnici, mjera\u010di koji rade na principu mjerenja unutarnjeg otpora u pogonskim uvjetima \u010desto daju nepouzdan rezultat, a ukoliko je i mjerenje to\u010dno ono opet nije posve pouzdan pokazatelj ukupnog stvarnog stanja akumulatora.<\/p>\n<p>Najjednostavnija gruba metoda ispitivanja stanja akumulatora ugra\u0111enog u automobil mo\u017ee se napraviti samo uz pomo\u0107 voltmetra. Voltmetar se priklju\u010di na akumulator i on \u0107e, ovisno o trenutnoj ispra\u017enjenosti, pokazati vrijednost napona negdje u granicama od 10,8 do 12,96 V (za 12 V sisteme). Najbolje bi bilo da akumulator nije previ\u0161e ispra\u017enjen i da ima napon oko 12 V u praznom hodu. Sada uklju\u010dimo neko ja\u010de tro\u0161ilo u automobilu (obi\u010dno su dosta prednji farovi) i pratimo kako pri tome pada napon akumulatora. Ako do\u0111e do brzog pada napona na neku vrijednost ispod 10 V akumulator sigurno nije pouzdan za upotrebu. Kad se tro\u0161ilo (farovi) isklju\u010de napon bi na ispravnom akumulatoru trebao brzo porasti natrag na nominalnu vrijednost dok kod lo\u0161eg akumulatora napon raste polako i postepeno te \u010desto ne dostigne vi\u0161e vrijednost koju smo netom prije izmjerili u praznom hodu.<\/p>\n<p>Isti princip koriste i na\u0161i testeri. Sastoje se od voltmetra i radnog otpornika kao tro\u0161ila (tereta). Vidimo da je na svima crvenom bojom ozna\u010deno podru\u010dje ispod 1,8 V koliko smije biti najni\u017ei napon po \u0107eliji u praznom hodu. Prvo se bez priklju\u010denog radnog otpornika mo\u017ee prekontrolirati napon akumulatora u praznom hodu koji mora biti oko 2 V (akumulator napunjen). Nakon toga mjerenje se ponovi sa uklju\u010denim radnim otpornikom. U na\u0161em slu\u010daju na raspolaganju su izmjenjivi otpornici koji na naponu od 2 V uzrokuju struje od 10, 20, 30, 100, 120 i 200 A. Radi se dakle o sna\u017enim otpornicima u obliku otporne \u017eice ili trake vrijednosti 0,2 &#8211; 0,01 \u2126. Oni simuliraju strujno optere\u0107enje koje uzrokuje elektropokreta\u010d (starter) automobila prilikom pokretanja paljenja motora. S obzirom da kod mjerenja preko radnog otpornika teku relativno velike struje samo mjerenje ne smije trajati predugo kako se ne bi o\u0161tetio sam mjerni otpornik ili akumulator (jednako kako \u0161to ne smije predugo trajati ni &#8220;verglanje&#8221; startera). Za testere akumulatora je normalno da \u0107e se koristiti u raznim terenskim uvjetima gdje \u0107e biti izlo\u017eeni vanjskim utjecajima. Ah i sa startnim strujama preko 1000 A. Neki prosje\u010dni akumulator za osobna vozila ima kapacitet oko 60 Ah i startnu struju oko 600 A. Naravno, tehnologija izrade akumulatora je napredovala tako da akumulatori iz 1950\/60-tih godina zasigurno nisu bili sposobni davati startne struje kao dana\u0161nji akumulatori istog kapaciteta, no bez obzira na to ispitne struje za akumulatore mogu biti puno manje od maksimalnih startnih da bi se dobio dovoljno dobar uvid u stanje akumulatora. Za na\u0161 raspon radnih otpornika izbor bi izgledao otprilike ovako:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ispitna struja od 10 A za akumulatore oko 10 Ah<\/li>\n<li>ispitna struja od 20 A za akumulatore oko 15 Ah<\/li>\n<li>ispitna struja od 30 A za akumulatore oko 20 Ah<\/li>\n<li>ispitna struja od 100 A za akumulatore oko 30 Ah<\/li>\n<li>ispitna struja od 120 A za akumulatore oko 40 Ah<\/li>\n<li>ispitna struja od 200 A za akumulatore oko 70 Ah<\/li>\n<li>ispitna struja od 300 A za akumulatore oko 80 Ah<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Generalno gledano, prilikom mjerenja na\u0161im mjera\u010dima vrijednost napona akumulatorske \u0107elije kako bez optere\u0107enja tako i s optere\u0107enjem ne smije nikad biti manja od 1,8 V. Podatak o maksimalnoj startnoj struji akumulatora je tehni\u010dke prirode i u praksi se akumulator nikad ne optere\u0107uje ni blizu tolikom strujom. Iako je on sposoban dati toliku struju, padovi napona koji pri tome nastaju i nagle struje pra\u017enjenja vrlo brzo bi akumulator u\u010dinile neupotrebljivim. Zato se za testiranje startnih sposobnosti akumulatora odabiru pribli\u017eno one struje koje realno i povu\u010de elektropokreta\u010d motora konkretnog automobila.<\/p>\n<p>Danas se proizvodi vi\u0161e tipova olovnih akumulatora za vozila i svaki ima neke svoje specifi\u010dnosti, odnosno prednosti i nedostatke naspram drugih tipova. Takozvani startni akumulatori pogodni su za automobile i sli\u010dna prometala jer su sposobni u kratkom vremenu dati veliku koli\u010dinu struje \u0161to je presudno za paljenje motora pomo\u0107u elektropokreta\u010da. Mana im je \u0161to se ne smiju previ\u0161e prazniti no oni se u ispravnom automobilu prakti\u010dni nikad previ\u0161e ni ne prazne jer odmah nakon startanja motora opskrbu strujom preuzima alternator vozila. Za neke druge namjene (poput akumulatora za solarne sisteme ili elektri\u010dna vozila) razvijeni su olovni akumulatori koji podnose duboka pra\u017enjenja i nalazimo ih pod nazivima &#8220;havy duty&#8221;, &#8220;deep cycle&#8221; ili trakcijski akumulatori. Dana\u0161nji olovni akumulatori su svi (hermeti\u010dki) zatvorenog tipa \u0161to zna\u010di da ne zahtijevaju nikakvo drugo odr\u017eavanje osim redovnog punjenja. Kod nekih tipova akumulatora kiselina nije u slobodnom teku\u0107em stanju ve\u0107 se ista nalazi natopljena u materiji sli\u010dnoj vati (AGM &#8211; Absorbent Glass Mat akumulatori), a kod nekih je kiselina zamijenjena elektrolitom na bazi silicij-dioksida u obliku pudera (GEL akumulatori) pa se mogu koristiti u bilo kojem polo\u017eaju. Kako god bilo, danas su automobilski akumulatori postali potro\u0161na roba kao i bilo koja druga baterija u nekom ure\u0111aju. Iako serviseri preporu\u010daju stalnu kontrolu, provjeru i \u010di\u0161\u0107enje akumulatora u vozilu u praksi se na njega ne obra\u0107a previ\u0161e pa\u017enja sve dok jednom ne zaka\u017ee, a onda nema druge opcije nego da se jednostavno zamijeni novim \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Danas je nabavljeno nekoliko testera startnih sposobnosti olovnih automobilskih akumulatora, vjerojatno svi proizvod slovenske tvrtke Iskra iz 1950\/60-tih godina. &nbsp; &nbsp; Nominalni napon jedne \u0107elije olovnog akumulatora je 2V.
